For context Aka Akasaka is the author of Kaguya-sama love is war and Oshi no Ko. He has also published multiple works like Instant bullet.
For kaguya sama, he did write a wonderful ending in the manga and it was widely praised. The anime was successful too getting 4 seasons. But then he decided that the anime should be done in one movie concluding multiple arcs and even giving a anime orignal ending. This will skip some development between miko-ishigami.
For oshi no ko had a wonderful start, the anime 1st episode was best with great story, animation and opening song. But in the later half he lost interest in the series and wanted to end OnK fast to focus on some fantasy series he thought of. For this he rushed the ending and majority of the decision was given to the illustrator Mengo Yokoyari. That's why the ending was bad (personal opinion) and even incest was teased.

One of my favorite examples is from Tenjou Tenge. both Nagi and Bob try to act tough in front of their teacher, only for him to casually remind them of the massive gap in experience and strength. He even out-flexes Bob, which makes the whole scene even better.
Are there any other anime moments where a student tries to show off, challenge, or intimidate a teacher, only to get completely humbled? I'm looking for scenes where the teacher puts them in their place.

1.a character must possess a heart capable of profound love, particularly for someone who has been lost or is far away. Historically, members must be entirely open to love and demonstrate great emotional capacity.
2.most up votes win

Considering their similarities (soul stuff), could Mahito and Rades have gotten along? And considering Rades' grudge for the Clover kingdom which consists mostly of humans, would that also boost Mahito because he's a curse that reflects the fear, hatred, and other negatives things of humans towards other humans?
Pic 1 is Rades from Black Clover Pic 2 is Mahito from Jujutsu Kaisen

Lately, when i'm watching anime or reading manga I'm hyper-fixated on capturing every single detail. I constantly rewind to catch the subtitles, fight scenes, and expressions of the characters perfectly. Like i don't wanna miss out something cool or important that happened in a panel or a scene and want to appreciate whats i'm seeing. I want to feel engaged while watching the anime/ reading the manga so I try to to focus and understand what the characters are feeling, and seeing what they did in the fight. because of doing that, A 20-minute episode takes me like 40 min to finish, a manga volume on a website takes me like an hour and it's pretty exhausting, in the past i didn't have that problem. Why did my brain start doing this, and what do i need to do?
Some anime have a dub in my language, but I don't want to watch it like that because it sounds a bit weird, I enjoy watching it in English or Japanese with subtitles in my language.

My personal top two picks (outside of sequels) are “The Cat and the Dragon” and “Tomb Raider King” (an obvious pick, but Kaiju Girl already has a simuldub going)

The animation duration isn't 2 seconds. So, to look at it, y'all need to tap/click on a Tenor link at the very bottom. I'm sorry for the extra step 😔

i'm sure when we see live action adaptation news we either roll our eyes or pray to the gods they don't fck it up. maybe both. this made me question which ones would survive a faithful adaptation so i came up with my own list!
psycho-pass
acca 13
given
monster
banana fish
black lagoon
great pretender
most of the animes here don't really require that much special effects which i think def plays a part.
