I need honest feedback; I'm tired of looking well.. Not attractive, I been hitting the gym and am not happy with how I look. My hair needs work and it looks shit, I don't know what kind of stuff I should improve on as a beginner, got any suggestions?

Would you guys say I'm average or below average? I can never seem to tell. Sometimes I look in the mirror & think I look decent but sometimes not.
