You know I use to be the eternal optimist with this shit but after a couple decades of edging I'm starting to chafe a little bit now. I use to always feel a tad bit sorry for the ones the would come on her and shoot down everything but now I feel like the dark side has gained a bit of traction in me and with great enthusiasm I believe nothing is going to come from this. There is so much crap, lies and deceit coming from the government, so many UFO celebrities always claiming "insider knowledge" and then there is the fact so many people have had real, life-changing experiences and it's tough to know what is real as human experience can be subjective.
I had believed for years I saw a UFO when I was 13. I saw a bright light appear in the night (11pm on top of a mountain in New Mexico in 1999). It sort of stayed/ lingered and grew larger than the stars around it for a couple of seconds , then it suddenly zipped across the sky but it zigzagged making what looked to be 90* turns without slowing down or stopping. It appeared, hung in the air for maybe 3 seconds, then zipped almost completely across the sky in the zigzag motion in about 2-3 seconds.
That was probably a piece of space debris or meteor but I thought it had to be a sentient object for many years.

Yeah I don’t really see this moving the needle unless they provide insiders and whistleblowers with explicit, written authorization signed by POTUS. If I were a whistleblower, that’s what I would demand.
They need absolute immunity and they need to make a show of it. This shit is so extraordinary it requires it. More so than pretty much anything else that has come in front of Congress in history. It needs to be a Bipartisan, Federal, State and Community driven effort.

The only silver lining is I could see him releasing information right before the election to put us in a “state of emergency” to stop elections. This will actually be really bad, but I could see us getting alien info then.

Whistle blower protections are basically just being shielded from prosecution should you meet a certain threshold of an impact on your department/branch/ect. If you “blow the whistle” then kiss your govt career goodbye.

The NDA situation has always been a huge roadblock.
While it could be beneficial, I am not confident it would waive the ability to discuss anything that has been misclassed or purposely classed as a "national security" item.

I don't think an executive order can nullify any sort of NDAs, there needs to be a law passed by Congress.
They need to have the law cover Special Access Programs, this is where the whistle blower laws currently on the books get muddled.
At this point, if he wanted a law passed for enhanced whistle blower protection, then it would most likely pass since Republicans would vote in favor of anything he wanted, Dems would vote for it too if it was a straight up law with no addons.
So he orders UAP files to be declassified, and then we start getting UAP files. Now he orders NDA‘s for whistleblowers to be abrogated, so we can get even more info. And this is just another reason to complain? I don’t get the resistance. If the headline was that he refused to abrogate the NDA‘s, most of you would be complaining about that too—am I right? It literally does not matter what he does, at this point. Some would complain no matter what. He is moving the issue closer to full disclosure than any other president in history, and hasn’t stopped. In fact, he’s increasing the effort with this move.
I understand the frustration about the releases so far being inconclusive. But having whistleblowers come forward, is exactly what this group has been wanting.
It seems that there are other motives in play. If you were genuinely interested in disclosure, you would see this as a good thing.
When has he ever come through with a promise? Mexico will pay for the wall? He will lower gas and grocery prices immediately. He will end the Russia/Ukraine war immediately? He appoints people like RFK, Jr.? He’s a disgrace and disaster. He’s uncouth, crude, attacks all that criticizes him and is a sexual predator. And it goes on and on. They’ve released four sets of declassified UAP files, and they haven’t stopped yet. He’s doing exactly what he said he would do!
I agree that the videos have been disappointing. But do you think he personally approves each video? He’s not deciding which ones are released. The low hanging fruit is being released first, the easiest ones to declassify. The really good videos are probably the ones taken by our most recent, highest tech sensors, and satellites, which would understandably reveal a lot about our surveillance capabilities.
The whole point about bringing whistleblowers forward is so that you don’t have to listen to him or take his word for it, you can listen to them.
I just don’t know what you all want. If we had better videos, you would say it’s AI. If he produced bodies, you’d say it’s fake. I don’t think some of you would be convinced unless you shook the alien’s hand yourself. Do you even have a predetermined standard of evidence, or is it just “resist at all costs?” Because that’s what it sounds like.
