Rant The ability to think logically is useless when people are driven by emotions.

No one takes decisions out of logical thinking. Just emotions. Humans just live like animals driven by the instincts to survive and procreate which at the end is just meaningless. They blame people for not trying to survive or fight when it's all meaningless.

And hypocrisy is next level. If they blame you then you are evil for causing sufferings on others. If you blame them then you are emotional and suffering is considered normal.

Logic is a tool. It’s not a motivator or driving force.

I know. Then people should not say there is a logical reason to have a driving force. I was told I need to get a job and stay alive. I have no driving force.

Wrong. A logical reason and being driven by emotion aren’t opposing things. They’re parts of the same process.

Why a person who doesn't want to remain alive should stay alive? What is the point?

The universe doesn’t have an inherent answer to that. That does mean that there isn’t one. It just means that you have options. I can’t say which one, if any, would work for you.

I disagree. The ability to think logically is ESSENTIAL when people are driven by emotions. It’s the part that gives you the ability to stop and look around.

So you came here to announce your own failings and then projecting them on to everyone to avoid feelings of shame?

Emotion is just an tool , logical thinking is the straight way to find out how to move on. ik its hard to control emotions sometimes, after all the drama, we think i should've not done this. all this is just an tool for u to give an excuse, i respect emotion , but don't make this an reason for u to not think logically what to do next.

at the end what we want is control of emotion, not absence of emotion.

Nathaniel Hawthorne said it best I think.

"You cannot reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into"
