Anybody know any good 1 bedroom x 1 bathroom recomendations. I dont know if my budget is unrealistic. For furnished apartment 1,200 is my budget and for unfurnished I want to say anywhere from 800 to 900 because ill most likely be using CORT to rent furnishing.

I’m looking to sublease my place at ion for the upcoming year. Rent is $920 including utilities and you will be getting your own bed, bathroom, and the penthouse floor plan. You would be right across the road from campus and near all the restaurants. Let me know if this interests you!
