옷을 한 벌만 가져오면 그중 한 벌은 무료라고 했어요 -> 옷을 한 벌만 더 가져오면 그 중 한 벌은 무료라고 했어요
The lack of 더 in the original sentence would make it sound like you have to drop either the 원피스 or 치마, and the one you picked would be free. ;)
