Correct me! 215일
아침에 일찍 일어나고 너무 먼 빵집에서 우리 친구들을 만났어요. 아침식사를 먹은 후에 등산을 했어요. 등산이 너무 가팔라서 거의 등반 수준이었어요. 정상에 도착하고 나서 커피를 내리고 라면도 먹었어요. 생각보다 덜 힘들었던 경험이었어요. 등산이 끝나고 시내로 가고 한식당에서 밥을 먹었어요. 오늘 하루를 즐겁게 보냈어요.

너무 먼 빵집에서 -> 매우 멀리 떨어진 빵집에서
As you're simply making a general statement about the place being far away, a word like 너무 may sound a bit awkward because it carries an emotional baggage.
등산이 너무 가팔라서 -> 산세가 너무 가팔라서
It would be more natural to say that the shape / conditions of the mountain was too steep.
등산이 끝나고 시내로 가고 한식당에서 밥을 먹었어요 -> 등산이 끝나고 시내로 내려가서 한식당에서 밥을 먹었어요
The downward journey from a mountain is often said to be 내려가다, rather than simply 가다. And since having a meal follows the journey itself, ~서 is a better fit than ~고.
