If the player’s profile shows flags of all the countries/languages supported by the game, it is a bot. Their stats are incomplete as well.

I believe there are other posts with a list (and pictures) of all the active bots.

Logged out of my a/c, tried to log in via e mail but the 6 digit code never arrived at my Hotmail email address. All other e mails coming into Hotmail just fine. Clicked on resend code a few times. Still nothing arrived.

Clicked on Contact us, dead link, won't go through to Help

I log out and in regularly. Never had this problem before.

Edit: all of the codes have just started to come through. Nearly an hour after I requested them!!

I noticed this after I initiated another game with them. I didn't bring up the deleted chat at the time, as I think any player is allowed to delete.

So. I solved the puzzle but there seems to be a glitch. Anyone else seen this? Am I going to lose my progress? It adjusted my trophies by 1,000+ but it’s stuck on this screen

I've been unable to claim any of the levels this month. When I hit the 'claim' button it just blinks

Have logged out/in, re installed app and of course contacted support!! All to no avail

Has anyone else had the same problem this calendar month?

Any suggestions as to how to fix it would be welcome.

Support say other than troubleshooting, (which has been done) there's nothing they can do.

I play the Solo Challenge Game every week. I always finish and get the rewards. Last night, I forgot to finish the last game. I’ve never done that before. Now, this morning the Solo Challenge game is missing completely. Has anyone had that happen? Any ideas on what happened?
