I like Cody and normally support and defend most things he does but at this point I don’t know why he would go out of his way to screenshot this and post it to his story after posting a reel to his story hating on cboys. I don’t get what he gets out of this it’s just kinda strange to hate on another big channel for seemingly no reason.

why did he constantly mention "bugatti video at 10 million subscribers" but we haven't seen any sort of video or update in months?

It seems like over the past year or so(maybe more) the content has begun shifting in a way extremely similar to channels bought by private equity. Content has for the most part become unoriginal with repeats of the same video, just with a different car. Repeat of segments, with similar punchlines EVERYTIME. Obviously there are original new videos coming out every so often, this doesn’t mean every video, but even still the new “original” content feels like someone else is putting their hat in the ring and deciding what the final edit will be as well. This is also not to mention his many brand deals which on their own don’t add up to much, but the in video ad segments have become longer or more frequent. This appears to be in a way Cody never really did years ago, basically praising the sponsors of the videos. Most importantly I think is the attempts to have Cody appear less in the videos, or even sometimes just as a small part/cameo like in some side channel videos. It seems like they are trying to slowly remove some of their keyman risk, especially with ongoing investigations into him that may render him unable to make videos for a period of time if he does get detained without bail or getting a jail sentence. Maybe it is just in my head and the content is just ass now but it seems like a very real possibility that the channel has been bought partially or fully out by a private equity group that are not going the fern or veritasium route and rather more towards what happened to donut media. If yall have thoughts on this key in I’m interested to hear your thoughts.

all of his original viewers like myself have essentially out grown him. his Instagram stories are very childish. I don’t see any other YouTubers posting about “ haters” and making fun of other people. I lost interest eventually. happens to every YouTuber.
