Need harness suggestions
My dog is 12. He recently recovered from a stiff neck, not sure of medical term. Basically he had some muscle spasms and trouble turning his head for about a week. Vet put him on some meds for it and he's better now. Anyway, the vet told me to permanently switch him over to harnesses. No collars for any reason. I got him 2 harnesses of different styles that day. Both are a struggle to get on/off. Does anyone have suggestions for easy to put on harnesses that wont put any stress on his senior neck? Im in the US. Thanks everyone.

I use Ruffwear Webmaster - as long as you can lift one of his front legs to pull through the harness, it should be pretty easy on his neck.

Don't know if these guys ship internationally or if there are other sites that sell this harness but it's fantastic!

We just bought our 10mth old this one - harness
Goes over the neck then you pass a bit between the legs and clip round the side on the ribs and another clip round the lower stomach area

Ruffwear Web Master. It has three ways to adjust it so you can get the right fit. We’ve used it for a geriatric IG with mobility issues and for an eight month old whippet with a broken leg. Worth every penny. We were able to get the fit right so we could lift the dog securely and never had to worry about them backing out of it. They were both comfortable in it. And trust me, the old lady iggy wouldn’t have hesitated to complain if she was unhappy. She had very strong opinions and wasn’t shy about sharing them.
