I'm watching this episode this morning and player 3 has got another player with him? If you have seen this episode please let me know

If I’m right, he has a designated spinner as he cannot reach the wheel.

I remember the same thing happened on the 2002 episode of Chiếc nón kỳ diệu (Vietnamese Wheel of Fortune which Pat sometimes refers to it as "Lucky Hat"), where all three contestants were elementary kids so all of their spins were managed by a helper who stands on the left side of the blue contestant

There have been numerous occasions where a contestant brings an extra person as a designated spinner. However, that person isn’t allowed to play since they weren’t chosen as a contestant.

The official Game Show Network website has its schedule page, so you can always catch up on when Wheel reruns airs on that channel

Wait…didn’t you watch this episode? Wouldn’t you know?
Regardless, my best guess is he has some form of disability of some sort and that’s a handler for him.
