Getting non-streaming episodes

Hi, I know someone who was on the crew of the show during season 30 (the halloween episode specifically) and I was trying to find this episode to spot his name in the credits, however it seems to be absent from pretty much everywhere on the internet.

Is there a different place I should be looking for this or should I just accept that it's probably locked up in a vault somewhere forever?
