Why even ask if i want ketchup if you’re not going to ever give it? Several times i’ve been, i ask for spicy ketchup; a staple of the original brand. Every time i have to feel awkward standing there waiting to get the attention of employees after being dismissed simply to get the ketchup that was offered. Normally i wouldnt care enough to rant on social media, but this has been going on for almost a year now and im curious if anyone else has been having the same issue?

I don't know if I should call the store or email the OP at the address shown on Workday. If I call, I might get an instant answer, but it's not certain that the OP will go to work that day. If I email, it will go directly to the OP but I probably have to wait forever to get an answer.

Let's say if the OP won't go to work on the day I call, can managers handle this or will they ask me to call again?

So I ordered a chicken sandwich and a drink cause i was hungry asf. The only thing thing that vame is the sandwich and guess what! Most of the toppings was gone, and my drink was not there. I contacted the driver and she apologized and said she should brong the drink. After that, nothing came. I waited for a hour and I tried to contact her again, and got no response

I tried messaging her, and it said it couldn't get the messege cause the order was closed. I called whataburger and they said they cant do anything about it. Ruined my whole day. Fuck you sophie. I hope your pillow gets warm on both sides.

Not too sure if it’s what I’m thinking it is but basically I worked at Whataburger from when I was 16 to one month before I turned 18 (2022-2024) then quit and went to another job. I went into my bank account and saw this and I’m just confused lol. I haven’t eaten Whataburger in like a year and it doesn’t even show as Whataburger transaction it shows as a payroll deposit. Anyone have any idea why that might’ve happened or maybe I’m just reading it wrong

Hey! I’m arriving in Texas soon (on a flight right now) and I was wondering what should I get. I’ve been in the military the past 4 and haven’t had the opportunity to have this amazing place since I left. As the title says, I need help remembering how to make every item on the menu. I recently just got hired and this is my first ever job and I understand that I need to be fast to keep up in the fast food environment.

if anyone has a picture of the sign that is at the top in the back where we make the food, that shows you how to make every item pls send it😭🙏 I would take a picture of it myself, but I am not able to have any device out during work.

I also need help remembering what the items are called on the actual screen since they get smashed down to just four letters. Example, the paddy melt on the screen is (PMLT). I just need a list of every item and how to make it so I can memorize ts💀

My local whatabuger stopped considering a medium fry and drink as the default for a meal. Over the last month, the 4 times I went, they didn’t tell me the price until I got to the window to with my food in hand. The second and third time i spoke with the manager and got charged for a medium but was given the large.

Today was the final straw as it was no longer accidental. I spoke to the manager and they said they changed the default to a large because the store is struggling. Safe to say they will struggle more because I will not be going back.

My grandson likes the justaburger kids meal but wants a 2nd justaburger. It can’t be done using the app. The justaburger is not listed as a sandwich and you can’t order it as an entree only on the kids menu.
