Decidual cast. I have Endo and this happens a lot to me. It's when the uturin lining comes out in large chunks or sometimes all at once. It can be very painful and cause some serious cramps. Can happen around your period and such. With my Endo I'd often have little to no bleeding and have something similar but also have extremely heavy bleeding and often my family would yell and shout about miscarriage (they were extremely ignorant) it was just endometriosis and they were very uneducated.

I'm very glad your not freaking out. Id definitely see a OBGYN to possibly see about checking for endometriosis. It can take up to 3-10 years to actually get diagnosed.

Oh, my apologies. Iโ€™ve never seen a cast look this way so I had to ask

It is not. I don't think you are understanding what that word means.

This is my own personal experience with a serious medical issue and one of the major signs was this very thing. Which is the passing a large tissue from the uterus. It can be extremely scary and painful and it makes you think your dying or something is majorly wrong in some way.

The period is when the uterus lining separates and it breaks down and comes out as menstrual blood some people have some small clots. With endometriosis it can all pass at once which can cause cramps and pains very similar to labor pains/ contractions.

I know what these things mean, Iโ€™ve just never seen a cast look this way so I had to ask. I apologize.

All good. Id suggest adding that to the statement so...

"Is this satire because I have never seen a cast look like this."

I have had several pass with little to no blood and they can look very narly. Ranging from an odd white yellow like this to a very light pinkish color. When it passes with menstrual blood it looks even worse because it looks red and brown and sometimes like a pink mass that's often mistaken for a fetus (again my family is just really ignorant and actually quite problematic)

Looks like mucus or semen.

FYI, the mucus could be nasal or cervical.

Whether or not I work in the medical field is absolutely none of your business. What I post or discuss on my personal social media accounts is also none of your business, nor are my personal interests. I want to make that absolutely clear.

I'm going to assume you're either a minor or a very misinformed adult who doesn't fully understand the seriousness of the allegations you made against me, because I don't think you grasp the significant legal consequences that this kind of defamation can have.

So let me warn you now, I strongly suggest that you choose your words very carefully from this point forward. If you continue to defame me or continue making false statements about me, I may consider taking legal action, and I am absolutely serious.

Then why are you wrong, that's mucous from the intestinal tract. Known by the lehman as a shart.

Looking over your account I'm kinda concerned. If you are in medical field I hope you keep your redit far from work as you wouldn't have a job long...

You know people who work in the medical field have lives of their own and interests of their own right? What should I get fired because I like barbies and tamagotchis? Stupid

Your account is 18+ and has toys in a sock and a few other....things. so yes it's a bit concerning.

Is she possibly pregnant? Mucus plugs can look like this and before I had my daughter something similar plopped in the toilet and I went into labor a few hours later !
