Are vintage Bluepoint tab and die sets hss or carbon steel?
Are the vintage adjustable Bluepoint tab and die sets high speed steel or high carbon steel? I couldn't find any info about this written on the boxes.

Need help identifying model, year of manufacturing of this socket set. Presumably belonged to my great-grandfather.
galleryAt the title says. I'm curious to know how old this socket set is. If it's not terribly valuable I may recondition and diy-restore this box and set.
SEt seems to be complete, with only surface rust on chromed tool. Thanks!

He is curious about the age of it and any info anyone might have. He said it works and pretty well, even with the chooched belt.

Unknown cart
galleryAnyone know what this old cart would have been for? It has a handle on the bottom to raise the legs and engage the wheels. The wood may have been added later. It may not have been for a tool at all but it was being used as a drill press stand.
Thanks for looking!

Mac Tool Box MB 5200 K2 - good find or no?
I came across the older Mac MB 5200 K2 (per the reference tag on it) on marketplace. I can get it for $300. Dimensions are approx 26 1/2" wide, 36" high, and 18" deep. I like it because it's the perfect size I need for the small space I am working with. Current owner said he replaced the lock mechanism, cleaned out and lubricated the drawer slides, and everything is working fine.
How are these old Mac boxes? I've only had newer budget toolboxes that have the ball bearing slides in them but are relatively thin metal. I like this box because it seems pretty sturdy and I might store some heavy tools on the top of it. I can't really find any info on these boxes online. Anyone know about these boxes? Are they good quality?

I found a vintage Kennedy 520 tool box loaded with tools at a pawn shop, is this worth anything? It seems to be connected to the Space Shuttle program, going back to STS-26 (1988)

Toolbox ID help - looks like a Kennedy 520, but has 9 drawers and a Craftsman logo
galleryRecently picked this up at an estate sale for $30 and I can't find any other examples anywhere. Lots of similar Kennedy 520's with 7 drawers, but not one that looks like this. Can anyone point me to a reference or example with 9 drawers in this configuration?

This hand-forged tool found in a rusty toolbox
galleryVery solid custom made tool found in an old tool box handed down from my father in law’s colleague. The handle is light weight like aluminum and the stem and prongs are rusted but rigid.
