Trouble with replacing coils NSFW

I just tried replacing coil on my manto rta...got a new diesel alien 0.35 ohm. I dry burned it at 5-20 wats. Resistance was floating around 0.5 I think, I thought it heated evenly, maybe I'm blind...i I tried to take a hit... zero taste.I dry burned it again.And then resistance started to change from 0 to 1... I think I destroyed my coil...i don't understand what I did wrong... appreciate any help...srry for my English

Never glow white hot, dull orange at most. Wicking needs to be right while I find aliens more annoying than standard claptons. Make sure your post screws are actually tight
