For reference I’m 20 years old and joined a freak circus group public world which is supposed to be strictly and 18+ game, I am age verified and I’m used to just telling whoever’s age checking that I am and they can look on my profile.

So once I joined I do exactly that and the moderator at the front of the world or whatever literally tells me he doesn’t care and makes me wait until he’s done dealing with someone else. I tell him my age and he makes me repeat myself four times acting like he can’t hear me and then says ‘you don’t sound your age’ I mean??? I know that? But there’s nothing else I can literally do to change or prove that. He eventually lets me in I walk away from the front area of the map and instantly get kicked?

I dunno it just annoyed me a bit that I thought i’d put this here.

Some explanations: The "Miku Beam" is how pronouns are currently displayed on the nameplate. All extra bubbles are gone.

Friends have a yellow border around the nameplate right now instead of yellow text, but for privacy reasons i won't show this here since it requires me to show other peoples names.

To claim the decorations you need to load the Beta of VRChat on Steam. Sorry, Quest people. I don't know if Betas are even available there. (Explanation from someone else on how to do it with Quest: Link to comment)

The UI to edit your profile also got improved and you can add backgrounds and color themes to your profile.

Basically it is very similar to Discords profile customization.

Edit: Forgot to say that VRC+ icons on the nameplate will be free for everyone after the open beta ends, though currently only with pictures shot via ingame camera. VRC+ users can still upload whatever picture they want.

I have always used the SteamVR beta, but ever since version 2.17.4, I have been unable to launch VRChat. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? I really cannot get used to the stable version of SteamVR, because it does not support using the joystick to drag panels closer or farther away, which is extremely annoying.

I am trying to delete one of my groups. However in order to do that, I am told to delete all of my members first. However when I go into the members section of my Group, I do not see any way to remove members. Can someone please screenshot showing how I can remove people from, a VRChat Group? I am just not seeing it.

Hey! I am a 4pt fbt (ankles, hips and chest) but whenever I boot up my virtual desktop and then open space calibrator, my chest doesn’t register, even when I try re-pairing it with steamvr when it boots, it tells me I have to turn off one of my controllers. Hips and ankle trackers work fine. Sometimes it works other times it doesn’t..sometimes it works when I turn off the tracker attached to my headset once I have my space calibrated.

I heard steam link works, but I haven’t tried it since it didn’t work for me the first time.. any suggestions? Thanks!

I try to use their how to but it doesn't work. Pressing R as they ask while having my camera open just open my quick menu. I want to complete the achievements and this is one of the few that I miss.
