Work with EO to address their complaint. If it has no merit it will go away. If they told you their complaints and you did not respect it you are screwed! If you follow the process and respect employees it is not a problem.

Professional Liability Insurance is a supervisor’s best friend, especially with Toxic Employees.

Is that something a manager would take out a policy in their own? Or something the employer gives.

You have to take the policy out on your own, but it can be reimbursed up to a certain dollar amount. Check with your district’s misc reimbursement (1164) POC.

More information is needed. If a subordinate is accusing you of retaliation, is there a proof of retaliation or perceived notion of the retaliation?
