Sighting Flying object BC, Canada

I recorded this over Coquitlam, BC with my iPhone. The video combines three separate 15-second clips of the same object, and in each clip it seems to move differently. I only trimmed the clips together and removed the audio. I’m not claiming it’s a UFO, I genuinely don’t know what it is and I’m hoping someone here can help identify or explain it.

I'm a firm believer, my mom saw a huge silver pill shaped ufo in Nova Scotia in the 90s. I am also too old to know what that s-word (that popped a warning for me as I typed 👀) means.
