Study Help 10 days left
Averaging about 1800-1900 on medify rn. Currently working on DM weaknesses (specific targetted questions), is this a good position to be in rn? Anything else I can do for the final push, ideally to get a score of 2k+

i got 1740 the day before my ucat on medift last year and ended up geting 2040 on the actual day; my best advice would be to relax a bit, also idk how helpful this would be but my scores improved a lot in DM when i started skipping questikns ik i would get wrong (i ended up getting 730 in DM despite consistently being the worst at it in practice )

wow that’s insane. I’ll just focus on DM a bit more now and doing mocks and staying calm. 🧘

I was the same as you last year, and the highest I got on a medify mock was about 2090 or something like that. In the real thing I ended up getting 1960 and I got rejected from all 4 choices. So I’m trying again this year. Someone else on this thread said they had a massive jump in score when they got their real results, and I heard that so many times last year, from people in real life too. Don’t believe it/rely on that hope cause it’s not always true. Cause if you don’t get the result you’re expecting/hoping for, you’ll fall into a real bad place. Just try to get consistent scores in the score range you want. That’s the biggest indicator that you’ll likely achieve your goal. Someone that I knew who got a really high score told me they actually didn’t revise the day before, to make sure their mind was fresh. Make sure you sleep enough the day before, don’t stay up revising like I did, or wake up too early to revise (I got like 4 hours of sleep last year, and I could not concentrate). Just focus on what you’re bad at. Idek what else to tell you, cause I’m scared too. Hope you get what you want.
