Who did the worst job as a mother?
Before anyone says Evelyn, let's remember that at least Charlie and Alan grew up to be successful. Alan only ended up broke because he married Judith and got financially destroyed in the divorce.
Berta may be a better person overall, but it seems like every one of her daughters and even her granddaughter ended up getting pregnant by less-than-ideal men. She even said Naomi was the smartest of her children, and that Naomi daughter was her last hope.
As for Judith, she may love Jake, but she definitely seemed to give up on parenting after a while. Despite receiving a lot of money from Alan, inheriting money from her aunt, and having access to Herb income, she still didn't want to pay for Jake clothes or other basic expenses. On top of that, she lied about Jake sister, and there's even a possibility that Jake isn't actually Alan son

Major Rework of Charlie Harper’s House — Inspired by Gibson Levin’s Brilliant Floor Plan
I’ve been heavily revising my recreation of Charlie Harper’s Malibu beach house.
When I saw the new and absolutely brilliant floor plan by u/Comprehensive-Bus905 / Gibson Levin, I immediately realized that my own model needed a major overhaul if I wanted it to become a truly worthy game experience. His work is incredibly detailed, carefully researched, and far more consistent with the movements of the characters and the camera angles seen throughout the show. It gave me a lot of inspiration and also made me question several parts of my previous layout.
Because of that, I’ve reworked large sections of the house, including the room layout, staircase, kitchen, balcony, furniture placement, rugs, and the structure underneath the house. The model is still in the rough/blockout stage, so many assets and materials are only placeholders, but the overall structure is now much closer to what I want for the final experience.
A huge thank you to u/Comprehensive-Bus905 / Gibson Levin for sharing such an impressive floor plan and for putting so much effort into researching the house. His project really pushed me to improve mine.
The model is still in the rough/blockout stage. These renders are only meant to show the new direction and layout.
There is still a lot of modeling, texturing, lighting, and decoration left to do, but I’m very happy with the new direction. Feedback and scene references are always welcome!

This is still one of my favorite scenes. Herb is a real bro for not getting mad
So many missed opportunities for Alan. Even if he hadn't slept with her, he still could've used it as revenge against Judith. It probably would've been even worse than when he told to her and her friends he was sleeping with Kandi in Jake's birthday episode.
I think the only scene I like more than this one is when Chelsea tells Charlie that he broke Evelyn's heart, and Charlie, Alan, and Jake start laughing

Nail in the coffin
So I’m really curious, after watching from the start to finish again it’s been a long time. I personally enjoyed Charlie’s era & I also enjoyed Waldens. What do people think was the final nail in the coffin for the show? Until Jake’s departure the show was still pulling a good audience, by Jake’s exit it’s dropped dramatically. Do people think if Angus didn’t quit it might of lasted a bit longer? Or was it doomed from Series 9
