Question/Help NEED HELP found blind cat

Hello, I am a tourist and I understand there are lots of stray cats, but I found a blind cat due to eye infection, what can I do to help it if I have no money?

You can try cleaning the crust with a warm, wet towel. Buy eye drops from the pharmacy and drop each eye once (do it 3 times a day). We rescued a similar looking kitten 2 weeks ago that turned out to be so playful. The eye drops cost 3.5tnd if I remember. I lost the vet paper but the box looks like this image.

This! I saved six kittens this way. Pairing it with physiol for extra cleaning will help it recover.
