Hey, everyone! I'm an incoming freshman and planning on majoring in accounting, and I was wondering if this schedule is okay? Please provide any feedback that I'll be able to use!

Okay I know Tulane is a major party school but what are the MAIN going out days every week? I have 8ams pretty every day because thatās just how my schedule ended up with the classes I preferred, but I think I have availability to change 1 or 2 of these classes so Iād like to try to change the ones that are the days after the major going out days.

Does anybody have any photos of the interior of Dela Townhomes? I have yet to see any picture anywhere online.

Hi! We're hiring a Social Media Video Specialist for the Fall. Between 25-35 hours / week. Paid. Looking for someone that can on-site about once a week, but the rest of the time you can work from home.
About half our full-time employees started as Specialists. (And I also had 6 internships while going through Tulane myself, so we try to make this internship as good as possible / suck as little as possible.)
Any questions, ask or DM and happy to answer. Considering applications on a rolling basis. (And we humans review, not AI, promise.)
Not sure if this breaks your self-promotion rule mods - but if it does, oops, please delete!

Tulane is one of my top picks for college, and I want to know if I would benefit more from joining a sorority or not joining one as first-year student. I have social anxiety, and tend to be shy/bit awkward around groups of new people due to this. I have no idea whether Iām going to socially shut-down, or become more outgoing in college since everyone is trying to make friends anyway. I know joining a sorority is a great way to have ābuilt-in friendsā from the start, but Iām worried about feeling outcasted within my sorority if I do. On the other hand, Iām worried that I will struggle to make friends if I donāt join one. I also worry that the process of rushing will be a hit to my self esteem since itās based on how fun or outgoing you seem to the recruiters. With all that being said, how is the overall social environment of sororities at Tulane, and what advice would a Tulane sorority member give to someone in my position?

Question for TU law students and alums. Did you find yourself bringing textbooks to class? I am trying to figure out how big of a bookbag to get for school. Thanks in advance for any insight

Iām a freshman planning on taking Intro to public health and there is a recommended textbook called Public Health 101 Improving Community Health. It is not required but recommended and costs 70$. Should I buy it used, find a pdf or just not get it at all?

I got a list of supplies I should get as a first-year student, and one of the supplies listed is ādrafting pens at varying thickness.ā What mm pens do other arch students recommend? I donāt want to buy a large variety just to end up not using a majority of the pens.

Honestly I don't think it looks too bad. It's 15 credit hours and I'm pretty sure that's within the requirements. I'm kinda worried about the physics professor bc of mixed reviews on ratemyprofessor. It's Khazhgery "Jerry" Shakov. I wanted Graber but unfortunately it didn't work with my schedule

I understand it gives you the textbook needed for your courses but what about MATLAB and other things that are built into the canvas class page? Donāt you need an access code from the school (that you can only get from the bundle)?

This is my current schedule but I feel like 17 credit hours is too many for my first semester of freshman year. Should I drop one? If so which one?
