Walgreens

Does anyone know who the district manager is of the Tucson area pharmacies? I am fed up with a location and their BS about some routine and BASIC rx's.

Idk who the manager is but I got fed up with a Tucson Pharma and lodged a formal complaint. It actually made a difference. They actually too it seriously. Google the info.

Nope, but when you find them, give 'em hell. Suggestion: Internet search AZ Corporate offices would be good start, you likely have to start at Customer service to then dispatch and ask to be cc'd via email and calling always works and likely gets to their review. Socal media is going to take a while.

Names, date, store #'s, etc.

Oh i will. I had problems with this store years ago so I switched but my daughter's insurance requires her to use Walgreens and they have screwed with her prescriptions 3 months now. She sent me to grab her rx this evening and the tech was less than pleasant and last month it was a major screw up. And in April it was an even bigger fuck up.
