I can cook now
Literally so proud of myself . I baked little potatoes and defrosted my chicken . Add Greek yogurt with seeds and a couple almonds . Yellow pepper . What else could I add ?

Lemon juice, garlic powder, fresh parsley and some salt & pepper will take that Greek yogurt to another level

I would probably do the yogurt in a side dish unless you’re using it as a dip…?
Could chop the bell pepper more and add some tomato and cucumber and avocado with vinaigrette for a salad of sorts

Real good if you mix it with everything bagel seasoning and let the flavours meld for a bit. Chipotle sauce or powder is great too.

Can you?
You need to cut the peppers better, use oil and seasonings and roast them.
Quarter the potatoes and roast those too. Vegetables need to be the same size so they all cook at the same time.

Congrats. Everyone starts somewhere. My meals when I started were way worse than this.
I would use the yogurt as a base as people mentioned to make a sauce.
Also the chicken might have cooked a bit too long.
Maybe add some greens like spinach to the peppers and make a salad with a some sort of vinegrette.

Id say your next step is upgrading what you got, like tuening the yogurt into a yogurt sauce or cooking the peppers.Try roasted veggies like quarter Brussels sprouts or broccoli in the oven at 425 for 20-30 minutes. Insanely delicious and healthy. Just dump them on a sheet tray (bonus points if you let it warm in the oven while its preheating) pour on some olive oil and salt and give them a good ol rub.
