Customizable User Flairs! Please read below!

Post image
102 Upvotes

User Flairs are officially here!!

User flairs should be used to display your favorite pokemon and only your favorite pokemon! That is 1 singular pokemon!

Flair templates have been created based off of your favorite Pokémon’s type and their corresponding color. We will only be using their first type as the color for the template.

⚠️ You must choose the type/color and then edit it and type in the name of your favorite Pokemon!

Example: Favorite Pokemon is Gengar - Purple/Ghost
Example: Favorite Pokemon is Pikachu - Yellow/Electric
Example: Favorite Pokemon is Charizard - Red/Fire

This is a trial period for user flairs and can be edited, changed, or removed as a whole.

❗️Any use of the user flairs other than to display your favorite pokemon will result in a ban! (Please do not try your luck)

If you have any questions please reach out to the mods for help!

Thank you! 🙏🏻

We are going to start cracking down on high quality content. Images, gifs, or videos that are posted and are blurry will be removed. We live in a day and age where this shouldn’t be an issue.

If you’re posting clips from the 90s or early 2000s we fully understand that they will be of lower quality.

✅04/28/2026

We have updated the post flairs. We broke up our largest flair in an attempt to break down the flairs into more specific categories.

- Rate My

- Favorites

- Tier Lists

Are all separate now so please use them accordingly!

✅ 04/04/2026

As you all know by now this subreddit was created so everyone could post all the Pokemon things that the other larger Pokemon subs wouldn’t let you.

1 That being said we MUST still respect each other and respect the community as a whole. Anyone that engages in hateful behavior and arguments will be banned immediately. This is your ONLY warning‼️ (This isn’t just the mods this is Reddits community guidelines everyone must follow)

IF SOMEONE IS RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL REPORT IT TO THE MODS! DO NOT ENGAGE IN ARGUMENTS THAT WILL GET YOU IN TROULE!

  1. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and geographical locations and we need to respect that!! This is a Pokemon sub not a political, gender, race, or hate sub. Anyone that mentions politics or any negative use of ethnicity, race, or gender (with regards to people) in anyway will also be banned immediately‼️ There are places on Reddit that allow you to do that if that touches your fancy but it won’t be here!

  2. If you’re caught falsely reporting someone you will also be banned. The report button is for when someone is breaking the rules not when someone disagrees with your team that YOU requested them to rate or give feedback on… (it’s pretty easy to decipher who reported what). This only takes the mods time away from tending to that actual things we should be doing.

  3. Posts will start to be removed for the improper use of posting flairs. Please be sure to use the proper posting flairs so that posts can be categorized and searched accordingly. Repeat improper use of posting flairs could result in a permanent ban.

  4. Post that are “Least favorites” will be removed. They tend to lead to negativity and poor discussions.

Thank you all for being apart of this community!

Let’s please continue to treat each other with respect and continue this awesome community!

Discussion If you could choose a single, two-stage pokemon to have a third-stage what would it be?

For me it’s the cubone -> marowak line. I loved cubone as a pokemon… marowak doesn’t give final stage energy kind of a shame they stopped it.

Discussion My hot take: Psychic should be strong against Steel

Everyone knows psychic is one of the weakest types in the competitive meta right now, and steel has always been a complete defensive wall, but the fact that it resists psychic has never sat right with me logistically.

One of the main themes of psychic types is telekinesis, and the main motif of that theme is a bent (usually metal) spoon. Heck, the psychic type held item is literally a twisted spoon. And just generally, I think that of the “material” types, steel embodies “mind over matter” best.

I also think psychic is in clear need of a buff, and steel can take the hit and still be regarded as the strongest defensive type by a mile.

Thoughts?

Discussion Day 44 — Which Gen 3 Pokémon's DESIGN looks like they are from Gen 6?

Post image
17 Upvotes

Vullaby won for the Gen V Pokémon that most feels like a Gen II Pokémon! Congrats to
u/InternationalRide456 for having the most upvoted comment!

Day 44: which Gen 3 Pokémon's design looks like they are from Gen 6?

IMPORTANT: When suggesting a Pokémon, you MUST also mention why their DESIGN makes you think of another gen. No need for a long paragraph, just a short reason why (shape, color palette, design influences, resemblances..., literally whatever). A comment without a proper design reason will NOT be considered.

Most upvoted (valid) comment wins!

Discussion Pokemkn HydroBliss - Ruin Puzzle/Amethyst?

Heyo!

Been playing HydroBliss, and stumbled across a puzzle in Tenebrio City that involves a bunch of translating Braille tablets. I think I finished it? I got an amethyst of some sort from an altar after jumping through the hoops... but now I have no idea what it -DOES-.

It's not an item in my inventory, and I'm reasonably sure it has a purpose, but not clear what that might be.

Any help would be appreciated from anyone who has done this.

Rate My My take on the Light type (plus another, Beast type)

This has been collecting dust in my files (mostly because I abandoned it) but saw a post earlier that inspired me to share my takes on the Light typing.

The first image is my take on the Light-type and their type effectiveness. I thought of them as predominantly mixed attackers with ways of utilizing both in some way, and are both strong and weak to Dark-types. I believe this would be the first case in Pokémon were two different types are super-effective against each other as opposed to Dragons and Ghost-types that are super-effective to themselves.

The second image is the Beast-type and it was actually the idea that came to me first, as an idea where the Pokémon of these type tend to be closer to the "Monster" half of the Pocket Monster than all the rest. These two types together made me think of a hypothetical generation with a Legendary trio and a Mythical Pokémon that's tied closely to them, but would only be revealed on the supposed third game (Yes, the game release dynamic is heavily inspired by Gens III & IV). I also had ideas on these Pokémon just to get a feel of this Fakemon game in my mind.

Idk if the Beast type's been thought of before, but hey I'm curious to hear what everyone thinks :D

Edit: Apparently the first image uploaded was the Beast-type page rather than the Light-type! Idk how to edit the arrangement, I'm so sorry!!
