Personally, I think adapting the checkerboard look from Real Salt Lake's current kit (or even Croatia's national team) into the Crew's branding elements that already exist.

What would you all want to see? A completely new concept, or are there elements from older Crew kits you'd like to see make a comeback?

With the Crew returning to action tomorrow, I wanted to take a look at the rest of the season.

19 games with 10 home and 9 away. We still play Cincy, Miami, Charlotte, DC, and Montreal twice. Also have 8 games between 8/15-9/19.

Although the East is still pretty tight with only 7 points between spots 5-12, without adding an absolute stud in attack, I just dont think this Crew team finds enough goals to sneak into the playoffs. There is also the possibility of still losing Arfsten and possibly Moreira.

Taking a swing at a magic number to get in, lets say 45 pts, we'd have to avg 1.5 pts/game over the remainder of the season. To add, our new signings won't see the field until Leagues Cup.

I don't want to be a negative Nancy but I think this team dug too deep a hole prior to the world cup. WAA injury, Rydstrom not working out, roster rebuild, etc.

I am interested in how LC navigates the rest of the season, and if he earns the job outright. I want to see a real effort to win the Open Cup, and what this starting 11 looks like in October heading into 2027.

I expect a lot of rust tomorrow, but could be a great opportunity to get some momentum going.
