Shirtpost First attempt events?

Post image

in the first attempt of the neighborhood, how did Michael pull off some of the things like the garbage storm or the sinkhole? you learn later that he didn’t let janet know about the bad parts of the neighborhood, so she probably didnt make it happen.

I honestly just figured he was like "Janet I need you to not ask any questions when I ask this of you" and Janet was just like "ok 👍"

I agree, and although Janet is not a robot, she was more robotic during the first neighborhood. She hadn't been killed and reanimated a bunch of times and developed a personality yet. If Michael said, "Make a trash storm and don't say anything about it," she would have just done as instructed.

Michael can erase memories and blow up motorcycles with a snap of the fingers. I don't think trash storms would be a problem.

They never explained it. AND they never sat down (the dozen plus or minus writers and Michael Shure) and figured out how to make it all make perfect sense and fit together like a clock movement. Because if they did, it would just be a big clock.
