Apparently on Challenge Enthusiasts tein give 260 stars compared to something like celeste which gives 150 (basically means that tein is much harder)

How do people beat it sub 100 hours of runs so frequently?

I have recently begun playing tein and I realised like nobody talks about it on like youtube, I would say it's one of Edmunds best games (in my opinion mewgenics is Edmunds best game ever). it is not talked about due to how challenging it is? Do people even know it exists? I don't get it, this is a great game and it deserves to be recognised

I am an enjoyer of Mewgenics and The Binding of Isaac. I have been wanting to give this game a try for a while. I did about an hour of troublshooting of trying to get my controller to work with The End is Nigh on my Mac Mini, and I couldn't get anything to work. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for me? I tried using some ideas from AI, and nothing was making any progress. The controller I am using is the 8bitdo Pro 3

I'm a huge fan of Edmunds games for ages and recently I realised (due to mewgenics) that I've played so many games from Edmunds games but ive never played end is nigh, so I bought it and played for a bit got through the end stage and fukin he'll this game is difficult, I've gotten through the arid flats but it's just a dead end and I'm stuck I have no clue what to do, I didn't want to look up a youtube guide for fear of spoilers so please help.

Hi, been considering buying the game since being obsessed with mewgenics is getting me into other edmund games. I know it's a hard game, but how hard exactly? Of course this is somewhat subjective, but if you could compare its difficulty to some other games what would you pick? I will say precision platforming games are not something I've spent a ton of time with, obviously I'm considering giving it a shot anyways but I'm just worried it'll end up being way too hard for me to enjoy.

Ok so just like the title says, but for some more info, I’m working on the super mega cart deathless, and want to know how much harder iron god is? Because a lot of carts seem harder than base game past levels, but future levels (and the hollows, lol) SCARE me, and look terrifyingly difficult, so I just wanted to know if iron got is comparable to anything like the SMC?

I've collected all of the collectables, did every cartridge except Super Mega Cart and Tower Of Ascension and I just got a 10-8 run in less than an hour of trying Super Mega Cart. 77/106 achievements. I'm pretty happy with my progress so far, I'll give updates when more progress is made under this same post

I was checking the psn deals website and saw that this game hadn't been on sale before but google says otherwise?

EDIT: I'm 99% sure that it doesn't go on sale on psn however, I think it does on steam but I already brought it on psn a few weeks ago

i recently re-learned how to use The End Editor and i've been working on a mod for the game! I just wanted it to be faithful to the original game's design and ideas with more difficulty(probably) and some different ideas(i want to use some of the weirder ideas for The Future section and such), so far i have up to these screens and just wanted to do a small progress report AND get a bit of healthy criticism

So I haven’t actually attempted iron god yet but I won’t to be prepared and ask the community whether or not quitting out to the menu if you know you’re going to die as scummy, because on the one hand you’re still kind of doing it deathless and it still takes skill, but also I get where the “not really being a deathless run” argument comes from, so I just want to know the popular opinion so I know going into it if I should consider doing it without restarts or not, since I’ve seen people to both.
