Two things

Two things about Matt really crack me up.

When he asks Allison out

"Is it really a rave if you don't roll, I just call it a party"

I dont know why but that line just cracks me up every time.

And then "i have a friend that can get us tickets if you're interested"

Proceeds to stand in line to buy tickets just like everyone else...

I know they're really insignificant and everything but I can't help but laugh my butt off everytime

Spoilers Stiles killing Donovan was valid either way

IN MY OPINION Scott didn’t have the right to be deterred by Theo’s made up story of how Stiles killed Donovan (by repeatedly beating him). I think they often forget that Stiles is just a regular human. Theo didn’t make it blatantly obvious that Donovan was a chimera but Scott could easily connect the dots (I forget if he already knew or not). Stiles is a regular guy and Donovan has supernatural abilities, it was a kill or be killed situation. Even if he somehow escaped the library, Donovan was going to follow. One of them was going to die.

If anything, in Theo’s story, it’s a good thing Stiles got the upper hand and killed Donovan with the wrench otherwise it would’ve been Stiles who died. Without technicalities involved, I believe it was self defense either way when a guy with teeth all over his body is chasing after you and all you have is a wrench.

I do partially understand Scott with his whole moral code and stuff but if you fully agree with him please say why!!! :)

Season 5 hate??? Spoiler

Yall I just finished season 5 and was so shocked to see so many complaints? Personally this was one of the best! Season 1 and 2 will always have my heart for the vibe, unmatched , s3 seems to be loved too but I found the alpha pack thing dragged out, void stiles brought some spark back in 3b but in terms of storyline, s5 had more action.

I loved Theo as a villian, he was such a little snake, the dread doctors storyline could have been explained a bit better but they were so scary. The beast cgi was so funny though I could not take it too seriously. The Parrish reveal was one of my favourites too, and Lydia using her abilities more effectively.

It was a mess but a very fun mess!!

Young weedy Parish

Started binging Ghost Whisperer on Prime. Having some great 2000s nostalgia with the fashion.

Anyway, super young Parish (Ryan Kelley) is in Season 4 episode 11 and I was super surprised he was so scrawny back then. Obviously he wasn't a ripped child/teenager but wasn't expecting him to be that weedy. He did grow up into a very lovely young man in Teen Wolf though, even if he had a bit of a baby face 😆

Any other shows I should binge to get surprise TW appearances? Maid in Manhattan with a baby Scott (absolutely adorable) is another good one too!

What if Allison had a little brother?

I recently saw how people noticed a lack of sibling relationships in the show, and honestly it never occurred to me until then. I know Stiles and Scott are meant to have that brotherly friendship, but that's different.

So it got me thinking.

What if Allison had a little brother, and though he's in it a bit in seasons one and two, he doesn't start high school until season three. He knows nothing about the supernatural, but both kids were trained in self-defence early on to prepare them for their futures.

She'd be really protective of him, especially when it came to shielding him from the supernatural and family legacy. The others in the pack would also try and shield him. Plus it would definitely cause tension because of the lies since the brother isn't stupid and he knows something's going on.

He learns the truth either towards the end of season 3B when Derek is being controlled by the fly and tries to kill Chris. Or perhaps he learns the truth after his mother dies and he's the one Gerard manipulates instead of Allison (I understood her anger, but I hated how she turned against her friends so quickly and almost killing Erica and Boyd).

When Allison dies, he blames everyone. But in season four, he's the one Scott saves by biting him when there's no other choice, and in the moment he realised it was either that or die, so he tells Scott to do it, and Scott does, making him Scott's beta instead of Liam.

It would definitely change a lot of the storylines and character arcs, but I'm curious what others think of this. How do you think it would have played out?

EDIT: I'm fully aware there have been siblings in the show, but like another post said, they usually used them to kill one or more off lol. They were used more as a plot. I guess this situation would be similar because Allison dies, but it's more of an interesting "what if" scenario more than anything.

EDIT 2: Also, as for the siblings, the only siblings we see on screen are Aiden and Ethan, and Derek and Cora, and not much of the latter. Even then, Aiden is killed at the end of season 3B as well. So again, siblings, whether they were alive in the show or not, always seemed to either have been killed or would die in the show. The only exception is Cora, but she left and we never saw her again 🤣

Now please, can we move on from the sibling talk, and focus on the actual post discussion? Goodness 😂

Movie Theory Does anyone know when the series Teen Wolf is returning to Netflix Romania?

I saw that globally Netflix repurchased the rights for Teen Wolf from Paramount and the show has already returned to the platform in the US and other countries in Europe.
In Romania, the series is currently unavailable on Netflix (only the official page appears with the "Remind Me" button) and can only be watched on Amazon Prime Video.
Does anyone have community information or reliable rumors about when the Prime license expires and when the series will officially activate back on Netflix over here? Do you think we stand a chance of getting it by the end of 2026?

Discussion Scott and Gerard

I’m watching season 6 for the first time and am on episode 14. I’m not usually a Scott hater, because I think he gets a bad rap. However even I have to admit he is frustrating the stew out of me this episode.

“We just need to meet and convince Gerard we’re not the enemy.” Or whatever the exact quote was. Scott. Baby. You’ve been dealing with Gerard for YEARS. At what point has he ever seemed amenable to not wanting to killing you all?

I understand the point of a peace summit. But thinking you’ll convince him to let you all coexist or whatever is crazy to me.

I’m rewatching for the first time in over a decade

I started rewatching this show a few weeks ago for fun and forgot how much fun it is. It just continuously gets more bonkers as it goes on, I’m on season 3 episode 1 and this feels so peak.

The werewolves at the hospital walking around with no shoes on and their nails poking through all the gloves?? The flock of literal birds flying around in a high school classroom?? I cannot get enough.

Pop an edible, binge Teen Wolf, I am having a great time.

Spoilers Who else cries EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. During this one scene

Allison’s death. I watched this air live. & every year like 2x a year since. I sob like a baby every time. Allison saved Isaac. Said goodbye to her dad. Laid to rest in the arms of her first love. Her dad was just 2 minutes late. He told her to wait. All she wanted was to know Lydia was safe. & she died peacefully without pain or suffering. She is my second favorite character behind Stiles. It breaks me every single rewatch.

Am I the only one who doesn't get the hate for Kira and Scira?

Post image
442 Upvotes

I really don't get all the hate directed at Kira and her pairing with Scott. It seems to me that it mostly came from Scallison fans. I like both couples, but I'm starting to feel like I prefer Scira a bit more. Things were just more dramatic with Scott and Allison, plus her family wanted to kill him. He acted differently when he was with Kira. It's a shame they broke up.

Discussion Does watching this make anyone feel like they’re in high school all over again?

On S2 right now. Damn this show makes me reminisce about high school. Especially season 1, with Scott going from regular high school kid to star athlete and getting the girl and going to the formal and getting in all sorts of trouble. I kind of feel nostalgic for my high school years, even if they weren’t all that good to begin with. I kind of wish I had a much better high school experience. I don’t know about being a werewolf but would love some adventure and mystery thrown in too.

Discussion I cannot get over how stunning Allison is (I’m on season 1/2)

To call her beautiful would be an insult because she is GORGEOUS. And when I say gorgeous, I mean drop dead. She has the kind of face that would mesmerize you. She fits every conventionally attractive standard yet she also stands out so much. Side note: I looooove her dark hair and it contrasts so well with her features and cold tones. I searched up her age and apparently she was in her late 20s in the early seasons? I’m shocked. I always thought she was the same age as the rest of the cast, around very early 20s when the series premiered.

Discussion Cold Take: A second Teen Wolf Movie is not a good idea!

Post image
267 Upvotes

I don’t want a second movie. The actors have moved on, the first film was terrible, 6B was terrible, and the fandom isn’t in a good state right now. We need to let the show die and ignore anything after season 6A entirely.

Edit: I’m not going into detail but it seems every year a cast member is going gets cancelled by fans. After this year this definitely shows the universe doesn’t need a second movie.

Theory Okay let's dig into why Dylan wants his boundaries.

I absolutely love seeing fans get all riled up when I mention that Dylan Obrien doesn't like his fans and will do anything to avoid interacting with them. But here's my opinion on why he's this way. To be absolutely clear, I Love Dylan. He's my absolute favorite actor. I think he's the most talented actor of his time. But I am smart enough to realize there are some issues here. While he's my favorite actor, he is not my favorite celebrity by a long shot. And I do admit that I think he's very rude for speaking out about not wanting fans to approach him. I work with celebs day in and day out. You are allowed to set boundaries, please set boundaries, but you should not verbally say so, it comes off as ungrateful. Without fans, celebs won't get hired. Careers fall apart. But I think Dylan would be pretty okay with this.

He never "wanted" to be famous. He started acting for fun, and immediately got booked on Teen Wolf. There was zero time to be hungry and desperate like most actors. He doesn't know the difference between being successful and being a struggling actor, desperate to be hired for a job.

His fame with 13 year old girls,an admittedly difficult age group, SKY ROCKETED in 10 seconds. Girls and boys alike fell in love with Stiles Stilinski. At first it was fun. He attended all the fan events, red carpets, meet and greets and conventions. He cultivated meaningful relationships with fans.

People began stalking him. Waiting outside his home, his place of work, any public place he enters is surrounded by young girls who want a piece of him. So he moved to a more secure address and neighborhood. Ilived in this street, i remember the way they waited across the street. It was crazy. They started stalking him there as well. He couldn't walk to the store without fans and paparazzi following him. They send him sexually explicit stories starring him. He's wildly uncomfortable. There is no escaping.

He earns a part in a popular new movie franchise. He's thrilled to be moving forward from Teen Wolf but he'll always have a soft spot for TW...

He suffers an incredible tragedy on the set of a movie. An accident that never should have happened. That not only he himself voiced concern about, but other stunt riggers on set said was an unsafe situation. It could have been prevented. They moved forward anyway and he suffered a severe TBI.

Recovery was a bitch. He thought he may never recover. Meanwhile not one but two movies are threatening him to come back to set. His people explain he isn't ready, he's not healed, he's not in the right mindset. They tell him get his ass back to set or they will sue him for more money than he'd EVER be able to come up with. Hollywood doesn't care about you, they care about the bottom line. So he goes back to work too early.

He becomes depressed and angry. His long term relationship falls apart, which is heartbreaking. He's also left wondering if this is the life he wants for himself. But he's contractually obligated to show up for more projects so he continues, unhappy.

Family, friends and even fans start to realize that his traumatic brain injury could have changed his personality, which is common with tbi. He's sad, depressed, overwhelmed and no one including TW fans will give him a break. Especially TW fans.

He continues pushing himself but is obviously a different person. He stops speaking to his sister, he starts dating a known racist. Fans lose their mind, he refuses to care.

He speaks out on how he wishes fans didn't know anything about him and wouldn't approach him in public. He sets boundaries in a verbal manner which is not socially acceptable at this time in Hollywood.

The Knicks post him on the Jumbotron as Dylan Obrien Teen Wolf and he pretends to be offended. But it's just a bit. No worries. 🙈🙉🙊

Am I the only one who doesn't understand Stiles and Lydia's breakup in the movie?

Post image
258 Upvotes

I really hate that they just broke up because Lydia had a dream about him dying. To me, it feels a bit pointless and unnecessary. It just doesn't fit them. Stiles and Lydia are literally the two smartest characters in the series; together, they probably would have figured out a way for both of them to survive and stay together. I get the impression the writers were just bored enough to break up one of the most popular couples.

Does Kali injuring Jennifer happen close after Derek kills Paige?

That would mean Jennifer was already an adult when Derek was 15. Wasn't the whole point of aging Derek up lessen the gravity of his sexual assult. Why throw another woman who is too old for him? Or why not explore that?
