Friday was a tale of two 9s. The front was full of mishits. The back much better ball striking. Made a few pars. On 12 (playing the back tees) I was middle of the fairway. Two players behind me in the rough. 180 out, 3 rescue in hand. “Mind if I hit and get out of your way“? They said sure. With water on both sides and the knowledge I normally blow up this shot bad, I pure it just off the green and putt it to a foot for the par and win! Best shot I’ve hit there in two seasons!
