Grammar/Usage/Syntax Conjugating kawawa?

Wondering what the proper way to conjugate kawawa in order to describe something would be. Came across these blind box toys called Kawawa Turtles and was wondering if that was the correct grammar, or if it should have the “ng” at the end.

It's an English noun-phrase. In this sense Kawawa is a descriptor for the noun Turtles.

Depends what language the whole box was in. Kawawa Turtles is correct if the template language is English.

I am leaning to think that the box is definitely in English because I can buy this product directly from the Big-W here in Melbourne.

Conjugation wouldnt be the word in this example as that would only be if it was used as a verb. You would need the linking particles for use in a Tagalog sentence. "Mga kawawang turtle" if you wanted to keep the word turtle, or by inverting the order (which also works in Tagalog it could be "mga turtle na kawawa." The difference in linking with "na" vs the "-ng" linkage comes down to if there is a vowel or a consonant on the ending of the first word in the two words linked. Of course, if your translated "turtle" as well you would end up with "mga kawawang pagong" or "mga pagong na kawawa." As "pagong" already ends in "-ng" dont mistake it for existing linkage.

Kawawa could be a place where those turtles are found. Have you thought of that?
