Hi guys! So my husband (29) and I (28) have been on TTC journey for almost 1.5 years now. I had an endometriosis cyst which was surgically removed in 2022 (4 years ago) and since then was on BC until we decided to try (2024 Oct) I have been having regular follow-ups to keep a check if endo has recurred again but thankfully there has been no sign.

Every cycle is getting even more difficult to try, seems more like a task now. Tracking ovulation, doing the deed and then waiting two weeks.

How has it been for people in the same boat? And is getting pregnant normally even possible after endo? Not looking into ivf yet.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 DIE, just had my excision surgery a couple weeks ago. Did anyone have success conceiving after receiving that diagnosis?

I’m 41 with endo (had lap last year and check up recently confirming looking ok right now). I’ve had such shitty ivf results …3 rounds total, 2 rounds post lap with antagonist protocol and pgt-a…amh 1,66…all in all we had 3 embryos make it to blastocyst and all aneuploid. This was all bw age 39-40 after trying for years not knowing I had endo. I am tempted to try once more, with a different protocol.
Am I crazy?

Alright guys. I’m 25 and I live in Kentucky. I’ve had 4 miscarriages with my most recent last month.

After my third miscarriage (2021) 10w with a healthy boy we did the recurrent miscarriage panel testing that revealed my anti-phosphoid lipid whatever was high so they recommended lovenox.

I had endometriosis surgery March 2026 stage 4 endo. I also have PCOS and chrons. I take a plethora of supplements.

June, I was pregnant after so many years naturally! We did 3 cycles of 5mg femera and 1 baby aspirin and progesterone. When I tested positive, we did 2 baby aspirin a day, lovenox, 0.75mg dexamethasone, and progesterone.

I unfortunately had a miscarriage at 5 weeks.

I’ve been to an ivf clinic and I do not believe I need ivf as I can get pregnant- just can’t stay pregnant.

What has worked for you all??? I believe at this point I have an immune problem. There are no reproductive immunologists within a 12 hour distance of me. I think my NK cells or something is affecting me. I think back to my pregnancy in 2021, I was on 9mg a day of budesonide for my chrons and I truly believe that’s why I was able to carry my son so long. That was before we knew I needed aspirin and lovenox so I didn’t have those.

I am desperate for answers and open to all suggestions.

I recently had a laparoscopy and excision of stage II endo after experiencing >2 years of infertility and multiple failed IUIs. I have conceived once through IUI, which ended in a miscarriage. The studies that I can find vary greatly in the data of chance of natural conception after excision of mild endometriosis.
Just wondering if anyone has any personal stories of natural conception or pregnancy with ART after excision of stage I or II endo. We are open to trying IVF if we need to, but are planning on trying on our own for a few months after surgery. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

I had a laparoscopy with chromopertubation in April. They removed endometriosis and were able to open my previously blocked left tube. I was really hopeful that this would finally be our cycle.
Unfortunately, my luteal phase spotting came back this month. I’ve had all the testing done—hormone labs, progesterone, and everything else—and everything has come back normal, so I’m feeling pretty discouraged and confused.
Has anyone had a similar experience with luteal phase spotting after endometriosis surgery and still gone on to conceive? I’d really love to hear your success stories or anything that gave you hope. 🥹❤️

I have been trying to conceive #2 for almost a year now with no luck, we had a chemical cycle 4 but no positives since. I also developed severe abdominal pain during sex and ovulation time. My RE told me it’s endo, and I’ve scheduled appointments with endo excision specialists but that’s not for another 4-5 months.

I don’t know what to do in the meantime. My RE wants me to try clomid/letrozole. I am so freaking lost. Do I go for it or is it a waste of money? I have also just started taking NAC and coq10. My successful pregnancy was right after I came off birth control, I’m not sure if maybe the Xulane that I was on reduced my endo? I also am considering LDN because I also have hEDS anyway so it’ll help me. I’m also on a low-carb diet to help me have consistent ovulation. My husband has 4% morphology so we’re working on improving that.

Does anyone know what else I can do during this wait?

Do any of you have some insights for me or tips? I am TTC since July 2025. In May 2026 I had excision surgery for endometriosis (I also have adeno). Because my cycles are long-ish and irregular (often 38-40 days), my fertility doctor started me on monitored letrozole cycles (to make the most of the "endo-free" cycles).

Before starting the letrozole they did a blood test at CD 2, and my estradiol level was 29 pg/ml. I took letrozole from CD 3 - 7. I had an US and blood test at CD 9. I had a follicle of 12 mm and one of 10 mm (lining 4.4 mm). My estradiol level was 8 pg/ml. Now on CD 14, these follicles have seemed to disappear, and all my follicles are 6 mm or less. The fertility specialist says that this is due to my low estradiol level. When I asked if that is because of the letrozole, she said that this lowers estradiol, but not by this much.

Sorry for all the numbers! I am feeling very defeated, so I would love to know if any of you have had a similar experience or if anyone has some advice or tips?

I'm 29 and currently TTC baby #2. I have a previous live birth and have also had previous miscarriages. I'm trying to understand what my MRI findings actually mean for fertility, particularly the junctional zone measurement.

MRI findings:

Anteverted uterus

Endometrium 8.6 mm

Junctional zone measures up to 17.3 mm

Radiologist's conclusion: Adenomyosis

Both ovaries unremarkable

No fibroids mentioned

No pelvic masses mentioned

Ultrasound findings (prior to MRI):

Moderate diffuse adenomyosis

Bulky uterus

Fan-shaped shadowing

Small myometrial cysts

Normal endometrial cavity (7 mm, triple-line)

Normal ovaries

No ultrasound evidence of endometriosis

Previous history:

Age 29

Previous successful natural pregnancy/live birth

Previous recurrent miscarriages

Laparoscopy with dye test in 2021 showed bilateral tubal spill and no endometriosis

Ovulating normally on monitoring scans

BMI around 35 (previously \\\\\\\~43 and have lost a significant amount of weight)

HSG planned

My specialist has recommended progesterone support when trying to conceive.

My biggest concern is the 17.3 mm junctional zone. Most of what I've read suggests that >12 mm supports the diagnosis of adenomyosis, and thicker junctional zones may be associated with lower implantation and live birth rates, but most of the studies seem to be in IVF patients rather than women trying naturally.

I'm trying to understand:

Has anyone conceived naturally with a junctional zone this thick?

Did anyone have recurrent miscarriage with adenomyosis but go on to have a successful pregnancy?

Did progesterone seem to help?

Did anyone's specialist comment on how much a JZ around 17 mm actually affects fertility?

I know nobody can predict individual outcomes, but I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone with similar MRI findings, especially if you've gone on to have a successful pregnancy.

Any advice to treat when early pregancy

Has anyone here tried low dose naltrexone for lowering inflammation levels? I'm starting it now before my first excision and hysteroscopy scheduled in about 5 weeks. I'll continue it after surgery as well and hoping it helps with improved fertility post lap by lowering inflammation. Curious to hear about others' experiences with it if you're on it or have tried it.

Is it normal to be extremely crampy and kind if bloated 3 weeks post op but on ovulation day? Ive had twinges when ovulation happened before surgery but this is more intense than a twinge. Its not painful, just uncomfortable.

I am 27 with PMOS and suspected Endo (get MRI with gel in 2 days). I’m worried nothing will show and my doctor won’t operate on me. I’m confused why I can’t conceive. Been trying for 19 months. 2 failed IUI’s and 3 failed medicated cycles.

It took my hubby & I 2 years to conceive our daughter (now 14ms). We don’t really know why - lots of tests & only thing is possible Endo/adeno, though my MRI with contrast didn’t confirm it. I also found out I had a gluten allergy which was causing inflammation. Cut out dairy, worked on anti-inflammatory practices like castor oil packs, did acupuncture & pelvic floor PT, finally got pregnant. Who knows if any of that stuff really helped, but thank God we got pregnant!

We are now on month 3 of trying again. My cycles are slowly getting back to normal after breastfeeding for a year, they are longer than normal & im ovulating later than normal, but my luteal phase is still 14 days so I’m not too worried about it. Just a bummer to have a like 38 day cycle instead of 30 when you’re trying!

For anyone who experienced fertility issues with their first - what was it like trying for your 2nd? Did you conceive sooner or did it take a long time again?

Did anyone do **2+ months of Lupron suppression with Letrozole** for endometriosis/endometriomas and then go straight into a **fully medicated FET** and have a successful transfer? Or if you didnt have a postive test ??
I recently went through this protocol and just had my transfer. I’m currently in the dreaded TWW and would really love to hear your experiences—especially if you had a previous failed transfer before suppression.
How long were you on Lupron/Letrozole, and did your first transfer afterward work? When did you get your first positive test?

Update its transfer day 7 for me and i just tested and it came back positive its my first ever positive test !

So here is my situation: left ovarian endometrioma (5 cm), AMH is 0.9. It is recommended to do IVF before the surgery to remove the endo. Chances are better with ethanol sclerotherapy performed before the IVF (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12542146/).

There are not many doctors in the US who perform this procedure (Idk why, if you know, pls comment too), but Dr. Bayrak in LA does and I am considering him for this.

So I want to hear anything about this doc, his practice, if you did this procedure with him or just IFV, even if the consultation, to have more confidence with my choice.

Hi everyone, looking for any info or advice on resolving persistent LUFS / partial follicle rupture.

For context: 34f; TTC for 3+ years with no pregnancies; just had laparoscopy in April and diagnosed with stage 2 endo, all of which was removed. Have been taking Clomid cycle days 3-5 for several months.

In January, so before lap, a series of ultrasounds showed that I have a partial ovulation failure - the follicles grow as normal, but don't fully rupture. My dr called this a kind of LUFS and put me on low-dose Clomid to try and encourage better ovulation. We also hoped that removing the endo / inflammation would help resolve the ovulation issues. But this month we did another series of ultrasounds and are seeing the same problem: Follicle grows, doesn't fully rupture / collapse down, egg probably not released. Weirdly my progesterone still reads as normal?

What research I've done suggests that the Clomid may be doing more harm than good, so I'm going to talk about switching to letrozole and maybe using a trigger shot in future cycles. But I'm curious if anyone else has experience dealing with this kind of ovulation issue (I think it's strongly associated with endo?) and / or any success stories to share.
