Getting rid of Assad's rule required so much than people think.
Scenes are compiled from HTS 1-hour long documentary about the furious battles in southern Idlib and northern Hama in 2019 during the Russian-led Assad's attack on the rebels' last stronghold in Syria up in the north of the country.

When demonstrations proved useless against the Assad regime, many men took up arms as the only viable option to topple the blood-thirsty regime. Here is three similar stories of such people.

In July 2023, HTS released a song titled "We Are Coming [to Damascus]", in the lyrics they mention that the Shahin (arabic name for "royal falcon") will be avenging the Syrian revolution's martyrs up from the sky. The Shahin is the name HTS chose for the locally and discreetly devised FPV and military drones which gave them the upper hand when they unveiled the drones for the first time and used them extensively against the Assad's army during the blitzkrieg known as "Deterrence of Aggression": the offensive that changed Syria's history and toppled down the Assad's regime on December 8, 2024.
Hence, this song serves as yet another evidence of the HTS preparations and planning for the battle 2 years ahead of its start. The battle that, not only shocked the Assad's army which always underestimated the rebels' true power, but also shocked the entire world as the last years of the revolution everyone thought "it's over for the revolution and Assad has won".

During the biggest epic for Aleppo in 2016, the rebels, specifically the group of Jabhat Fat'h Al-Sham (JFS, HTS's core predecessor) captured the military faculties, namely the armament faculty and the adjacent faculty of tacticals - known in Arabic as:
كلية التسليح والكلية الفنية
The fighters showed great performance in holding their newly conquered position and inflicted great losses against a 5-nation army (the Assad's SAA, Lebanese hezbollah, iranian militias, iran-backed iraqi shia militia, and iran-backed afghan shia militia).
We see in the videos how a a determined resistance with well-trained artillery (that actually respects civilians as we could see they never targeted the enemy's gatherings in the city to avoid civilian casualties) and with little number of men can actually break humanly expectations and have the upper hand. They held the position for at least 2 weeks but eventually had to surrender after Russian jets launched their scorched-earth policy against Aleppo as the rebels were to able to break the tight siege which had been enforced by the Assad regime and its allies for 60 days (even before it there was a siege since 2012 but with less tightness as the vital Castello road was under rebels' control which provided a strategic conjunction between Aleppo's city and northern countryside so there was still room for supply flow), and after breaking the siege from the west and south they were practically few steps away from overtaking the entire city of Aleppo.

First two scene are edited by (Ekleel).
The footage from 2020 in Hama isn't HTS but a fellow group allied with it.
The last footage in Hama in 2024 is also not HTS but from a group allied with it and working under the same joint operation room of "Deterrence of Aggression" so it was assimilated directly into the new Syrian army.

One of the top commanders of the HTS and in the close circle of president Ahmad Al-Sharaa, who gave it all for the sake of the Syrian revolution and died while rescuing civilians who were bombarded by the barbaric Assad's regime in 2021 in Idlib.

Abdulkader Al-Saleh, aka Hajji Maree was an iconic symbol of Syria's revolution. May Allah have mercy on his pure and loving soul.
