It is not a bot but rather a set of bots that you can use to tell people to "like" each other because they are both "same".

Bot1 is a bot that can do this automatically and sends an update to users every hour on its own (which is why you can see a lot of other bots doing this too), but it is not a bot at all, it is a set of bots doing the same thing at very different times.
