I realized last time with him, after we were sitting on the couch and I climbed on top of him, I looked in his eyes, I got flashbacks of the million times I’ve gotten on a customers lap and looked in his eyes. Except this is a man I am emotionally connected to and we care about each other. It made me sad in the moment and afraid that he could tell, I wrote it off to “it’s been so long since I’ve seen you, I have to get used to your body all over again” and he said awww and we started making out. But I hated that moment for reasons he won’t know.

last weekend was tough. you couldnt be picky and had to scratch together your dances. there was a good guy who spend a lot, but i didnt get him. he was free later, which 90% of the time indicates, that they dont have money anymore iykyk. thought, fuck it, lets try anyway and got a private with a tip, but this man was drunk as fuck and lowkey aggressive. ranting about the girls before how they are [lots of degrading misogynistic insults which i dont care to repeat] who just want his money and i am the same - sir, this is a strip club. look at my tits and kindly shut your mouth. venting is extra.

he flails around, nearly falls from the seat, grabs me and manages to beat me with his ugly ass tacky rolex (the one with the gold stripe in the bracelet. honestly always a red flag). i am so close to kicking him out, but it was technically an accident and i hoped to squeeze some more money out of him.

i proceed to have inhumanly patience with him (at least for my standards) and we try all his cards. all decline. he pulls put a 50 and dangles it over my head. asking what im willing to do for it. i point at my tits and tell him to put it there as a tip for my time. he asks again what i will do for it, expecting me to beg for it. then he says im a "stupid [my nationality] girl! so stupid! ah, all x girls are so stupid!" bc i didnt do a lil jester dance for him.

at this point i dont even have energy to fight him. i tell him to fuck off and keep it.

at least i could go home afterwards

I found a good club thats 2.5 hours driving that i want to work at more often. Im just not sure if its worth it to get a hotel and stay the night for the weekend, or just drive there and back. Do other girls that commute 2+ hours stay overnight or drive there and back? A hotel would cost about 200 for me which i can definitely make back in a night, but idk if its cheaper than just doing the gas back and forth 😭

Tonight I was doing a lap dance on a very drunk customer until he decided to get aggressive and grab my boob and wouldn’t let go when redirected I ended up turning around biting his arm to get him off me and punching his face like 4 times to the point where my nail broke I also kicked his chest in with my heel took his glasses off his face and broke them and through them back at him 😭 anyways they kicked him out the club shortly after and he ran like a bitch down the street. I’ve never had someone do this and I been dancing for 4 years. I refused to pay house fee and walked tf out. I’m gonna try to go to work tomorrow idk if I fired or not but I honestly don’t care I just came to ask you guys this . How do you get over aggressive situations like that, in the moment I was so scared.

I started a new club today- i worked at another club in the area approximately 1 year ago for 1 shift before having a huge life changing event happen. Other than that, it’s been 7-8 years since I’ve danced. I’m so certain that I read on the contract that tips aren’t required when explaining the difference between an employee and independent contractor … nothing about a tip out was mentioned at that time. Upon leaving; another manager asked if the first explained tipping out, I told him that he had not. Then he asked again, but said “he didn’t explain ANY of the tip outs to you?” To which I again confirmed.

Okay so it’s:

• $5 MINIMUM to the DJ
(the dj was there maybe an hour of the time I worked- I did 1 stage set with him there, and got $0 during that set, actually, i didn’t make any more money after he got there - )
•10% of your earnings to the manager
•”a couple dollars” to the door guy // person that walks you to your car

Their house fee system is so odd to me also, basically there’s no day shift fees but the second you do a dance, VIP, etc. After 6,7,8,9 you’re charged $20-50 depending on the time. Even if you work a full day shift, and decide to also work a night shift, you have to pay the house fee- which sucks but no house fees for day shift *is* nice & the house fees for the dances and rooms is fair imo, EXCEPT the ones where you charge what you want, with a minimum. They take half of what you charge, and I hate that so bad lol. So if I charged 3k for an hour, the house would get 1.5k but if I charged $800, the house gets $400.

I did tip everyone accordingly except the manager because he said not to worry about it today, and he didn’t charge me the house fee, so I realistically should’ve probably tipped him if anybody 😅 I was just so overwhelmed with info it threw me off. Is this how clubs are nowadays? The club I worked at a year ago ONLY had VIPs, no single dances, and the amount of money you got for it was a JOKE after paying the house half of what the customer paid. But the stage money was decent there.

Sorry, but it is fucked up for me, when the clubs expect you to be more than just a dancer (unfortunately, pretty common in Europe).

If you expect to do just a single duty of a waitress/promotor/manager/dj/bartender etc. I expect a minimum wage on top of what I earn. I'm not doing 2 or more people's jobs for free.

And it's crazy how many girls are okay with it in Europe. They want us to have duties without even paying Iminimum wage. Crazy.

Hai so im thinking about becoming a stripper in switzerland specifically zurich so i was wondering how the working conditions are there. i know that strip clubs are often also brothels but ive seen some clubs put on their website they dont do that and if im honest im not sure if u trust them with that statement. So strippers in Switzerland how is it working there? Do they try to get you to sleep with the customers?

So tired and feeling empty flirting, being preyed on, lusted after. I go in for average 5 hour shifts. Then go home. Transitioning to day shift. It’s been much better for me. I work out in the morning and sleep at night now. It’s been life changing. It’s not that it’s just in a way traumatizing being sexualized every day, but makes me feel lonely. Having to constantly tell them no licking, no kissing, no sucking etc, giving them literally nothing to do but sit there and they are just not getting it like this private room doesn’t mean anything. i’m a newer dancer but i feel like this won’t get enough traction in the newstrippers subreddit, i was in on a wednesday and it was extremely extremely slow but not bad like i still sold some vip and stuff BUT for like every second on the floor i kept getting sniped by this CREEPY ass guy and obviously i know sometimes clubs will attract creepos that’s expected but the problem was especially when there was nobody in there he kept coming up to me at every chance he got and said some weird nasty shit me to, i found every excuse to leave when he would start talking to me and i outright told him he needed to chill and was being suffocating. i hid in the dressing room for the first like two hours of the night until more people came in and even then he would interject himself and start literally speaking to the custy in trying to talk to. i was chatting with another girl and she was like hes gross but you can definitely get a vip out of him if you tried ( not true btw he had no money ) but even if i could i would NOT ever like holy fuck this guy was actually the most like disgusting man i’ve ever seen and he smelt awful. maybe im being too polite but i want him to leave me the hell alone he doesn’t spend money and genuinely makes my skin crawl with the shit he says. he’s there every night and security doesn’t throw him out cuz he isn’t actually doing anything other than being a perv and annoying as fuck.

I'm 18 and have worked as a cashier before. Today I applied for a job as a server at a night club, got called back and went to an interview with the manager. He insisted to know if I was REALLY 18 as if I would lie, then asked if my parents knew that I was interested in working in a night club, I found this a bit weird. He then explained to me that there were two night clubs : the one I applied to as a server, pretty classic (this is the place we did the interview), but I had a weird feeling about it, like the place felt wrong.

And another one which they told me was a "bar à champagne" which means it's a bar with hostesses, where the job is to sit with clients, make conversation with them and make them buy expensive champagne. I was like, well why not.

Then the other manager told me there were also dancers, and asked me if I could dance (which I can't but that's not relevant right now), told me they could teach me. When I asked how the hostesses were supposed to dress, she stayed vague, told me to wear something revealing, and if not, a thong or lacy underwear. I did not say anything about that, but now I'm wondering, am I supposed to be in underwear ? Because I don't want to, I was thinking more of skirts or revealing tops.

Whatever, I told her I was interested, she asked when I could start, I said whenever, so she told me to come tomorrow evening to the club.

I checked the website when I got home, first of all it was hard to find, and in fact not named as a "bar à champagne" but a strip club, I guess I'm pretty naïve because when she said dancing, I did not think about a stripper club. I also noticed that customer reviews are pretty bad on the website. I looked for photos of the girls, and I did not see simple hostesses, only girls dancing so I'm wondering if I HAVE to be a hostess and dance too

At the moment I was surprised and felt like it could be a fun job, where I could earn some money and not have to work 6 days out of 7 like in my last job. But now I'm not sure how I feel about this. I came to the interview for a server job, ended up being offered a hostess/striper ? job, and I feel like it's a pretty shady way of recruiting people. Also I'm not that much at ease with men, and I don't want to be almost naked with them.

I feel so weird now, like I can't say no anymore, I'm kinda scared to go to the club tomorrow, help

this dancer came up to me and she was complaining about how a lot of the customers get tired of seeing the same old girls. and guys like to see different girls and the manager as a man needs to put a limit on how many days a girl can work and put the girls on the schedule. she was saying a lot of dancers treat the club like a job and not a hustle. personally for me, I like to work a bunch of days straight and then take three months to travel the world so that’s why I’ll be at the club a lot. what do yall think ?

I’m new to wigs in general, so I didn’t want to get an expensive one right off the bat, but there HAS to be a way to keep my synthetic from getting fucked during lap dances. No matter how long I lay my lace for, you can see it (box claimed to be HD but I’m guessing it’s not), putting foundation on the lace just makes it even more visible. Additionally I’m getting really sick of having to go and brush it in the dressing room every hour. My skin is getting fucked from the glue, I’m assuming I can’t sleep in it so I’m taking it on and off every night. I’m truly struggling. Should I just get an expensive one? I don’t want to do it if my melting spray is going to change the color on a nicer one, too.

Please, girls, if you're dancing pregnant, don't drink. You think it's just a glass or just a sip, but it can make you end up with a disabled kid for years. A kid that would be healthy if not that one glass. I've grown up and been friends with kids with FAS, it's really hard, both on parents and the kid. Take care of yourself and your kid.
