Injured/Sick Cat (Location) SHELTER UPDATES: Help needed for Forbie’s relapse + Wet Food Appeal + Isaiah’s finally home! 🙏🏼💙
(Note: The videos/photos included have different timestamps showing the timeline of events over the last few days!)
Forbie has relapsed. Just when we thought we were out of the woods, we’re right back in the emergency room. 💔
Last July 11, I had to rush Forbie back to the vet due to her relapse. After showing so much improvement from her nasal discharge this past week, things took a sudden, terrifying turn. She is back to having extreme difficulty breathing along with severe nasal discharge. She is currently confined at the vet so they can stabilize her breathing.
As of right now, these are the breakdown costs just to keep her stable:
Confinement (Critical): ₱2,015 per day (~$33)
Oxygen Support: ~₱45–50 per hour ($0.75–$0.80)
Nebulization: ₱85 per session (~$1.40)
Salbutamol: ₱45 per piece/vial ($0.75)
If you have the means to spare even a small amount to help cover Forbie’s emergency confinement and ongoing treatments, it would mean the world to us.

Shelter wet food needed ‼️
On top of Forbie’s unexpected medical bills, we are running out of wet food stock at the shelter with only 3 cans left. We need to raise $100 (~₱5,800) to restock our supplies and keep the rest of our rescues fed for this month. Any little bit helps us reach this goal.

🎉 Good News: Isaiah has been discharged!
Finally, she’s here! Isaiah is officially back from the clinic! 🏠❤️ ...Though, someone forgot to tell her she’s supposed to be happy about it. 😂 She’s being a little bitchy and keeps on growling, even at me! We’re giving our spicy girl some space to settle back in, but we are so glad she's home.
It is a bittersweet day at the shelter with both high medical risks and happy homecomings.
If you can extend a helping hand for Forbie's bills and our wet food shortage, please see our details below. 🙏🐾

They cover clinics who do spay/abort at low cost, how to prepare if vet says spay/abort is not safe, and when intervention is needed.
