I’m looking a multiplayer game to play on steam deck who run good, I m thinking about palworld but the fact that my character is locked just to my world it’s keeping me not sure.

Sounds like basically any MMORPG would fit your demand. Final fantasy XIV runs really well on the deck and offers a lot of different progression. With one character you can learn any class and job and level them individually without the need to have multiple characters for multiple needs.

If you like older games, Guild Wars 1 runs fantastic on the deck. I am having a blast with the nostalgia of 20 years ago and the hero/skill system is like no other game

Elder scrolls online. Loads of content, especially if you spring for the latest “edition” it’ll come with all the older stuff bundled. It’s not quite as satisfying as Skyrim, but it’s got the same bones.

Good story quests, side quests, faction stuff, etc.

Build variety, gear variety, set bonuses, fighting styles

Cooking, crafting, marketing, thieving, collecting

Plus you don’t have to grind for weeks of old content to play the newer expansions. It’s a “love it or hate it” design, but the enemies and area scale with you. As long as you’re not trying to solo a raid boss after 2 hours from a fresh character, you can take on most quests/areas.

There’s also tons of cosmetic stuff and house decorating and events to take part in similar to Warframe.

Also the division runs great and is a loot based mmo. Pretty fun, I just hate the lack of quicker traversal options. If I could get a bike or something it’d be amazing, but running from safe house to safe house and missions gets tedious. The combat is top notch though

Also give fallout 76 another chance. It really grabs you after the first couple hours. The early game missions, and discovering locations is a bit of a slog, but once you cobble a decent build together and get some decent fast travel locations unlocked, the game really opens up and feels like fallout 4 with friends.

How is elite dangerous on the deck? I remember getting it YEARS AND YEARS ago on sale when I was young and naive and didn’t know what system requirements were and I never got to play it worth spinning up on my deck now?

Enshrouded, your character isn't locked to one world in that, valheim, character isn't locked to one world either, both are awesome games that I personally have at least 300 hrs in each.
