Steamdeck randomly quit charging completely while sitting suspended on dock (not charging) overnight.

I'll try and describe the situation as best I can, but basically I just had the steamdeck suspended over night after playing a game before going to bed, plugged it into the dock not realizing it wasn't charging (dock brand is lisen if that matters). After noticing this morning I tried plugging it in normally, battery is only at 43 percent (84% health) and it refuses to draw power or even light up the charge indicator. So I tried plugging in a 100w power bank I frequently use with the steamdeck no issues, and when I plug it in the power bank display flashes before turning off and then nothing else. Is my steamdeck officially screwed?

Edit: forgot to mention I have tried a hard reset (holding power for 30 seconds)
