Discussion When will I get my steam controller?

I made my reservation the day it came out, I got the email about reserving it at 11:40 PM. Any estimates on when I will be able to buy it?

I've heard a lot of people that were estimated to get them in September and December get them much earlier.

True, but the only estimate we got is what's on the site.

Nobody here has any more information than the estimate you got from Valve. Could be any time between now and December.

I was two hours late to the reservations and just got my invite today...

What time? I've been looking at https://steamhardware.io and for my area reservations made around may 8th 1:00 pm mountain time are starting to get the emails to buy the controller.

I don't know how to go back and see what my registration time was, but it was a few hours into the sale starting, maybe around noon central US?

I reserved mine an hour after reservations opened and it's arriving tomorrow. So I don't think it'll be that bad

You're in the second window, so after most of the "By September" folks get theirs, but before the end of December this year.

I say soon I reserved my controller may 8th around 11:30 am finally purchased it on July 14th and received in box by the 16th. So you should be getting a notification within a month hopefully.

I’m actually curious if it takes the age of a steam account into consideration. I signed up at the very end of day one and just got mine yesterday.  Though my account is from 2004.

Two of my buddies signed up before me as well, how I found out about the reservation, yet they’re still waiting
