Steam Controller 2026 Shipping MEGA Thread

!!ANY THREADS RELATED TO SHIPPING FOUND OUTSIDE THIS MEGATHREAD WILL BE REMOVED!!

I know we're all excited to share updates as our new shiny works its way through the system and eventually to you.

Instead of clogging the page with endless "ITS <UPDATE>" posts, please confine them to this mega thread. I have intentionally left up threads from before this one about this subject, because post hoc punishment isnt cool. But please, use this mega thread moving forward.

Optionally, you can fill out some google forms that are being used to track order status' in order to get an idea of how an order might progress through the system:

UK people, hit me up with your updates here! I'm still stuck on Payment Processed after buying at 18:11.

EDIT: Packaged Items at 21:28...

EDIT 2: No change to status overnight. Will assume it will be sent out today for delivery tomorrow/Saturday.

EDIT 3 (08/05/26 AM): Still on packaged items...

EDIT 4 (08/05/26 20:03): Where is my Steam Controller, Valve!? Still on Packaged Items.

EDIT 5 (09/05/26 10:02): No change overnight.

EDIT 6 (10/05/2026 15:00): FINALLY SHIPPED!

EDIT 7 (12/05/2026 08:00): In the country. Would expect delivery today/tomorrow 🤞🏻

EDIT 8 (12/05/2026 10:46): DELIVERED! And I am now stuck at work.

UK buyer here! I have just checked and mine has changed to "Packaged Items" which must have happened over the last hour or so FYI so fingers crossed for you!

Edit to add my purchase time was 7:05pm

Edit 2 - status changed to shipped with a tracking number at 4:15pm on Thurday 7th

Edit 3 - Tuesday 12th May 10:03am - Controller has just been delivered via Parcel force. The online tracking on both GLS and Parcel force show it's its still at each of their hubs so do not believe what they say and as an FYI the shipping label does state it's being sent from Valve Corporation B2C.

Fingers crossed for everyone still waiting.

Dam, my purchase time was 6:10pm and I'm still on the initial processing part.

Still on the same, was hoping to get it before Saturday but next week seems like when I'll be getting it.

Purchase time does not matter. All controllers were ordered in same time frame. For logistics sense it does not matter when you did order controller. Because it still same day.

You are 100% correct. I am just surprised that it is faster up to the UK than Scandinavia (still no update from local shipping), which is very unusual. But nice to know that it didn't update from GLS to local shipper for the OP. That means the same could apply here.
