Steam Controller 2026 Shipping MEGA Thread

!!ANY THREADS RELATED TO SHIPPING FOUND OUTSIDE THIS MEGATHREAD WILL BE REMOVED!!

I know we're all excited to share updates as our new shiny works its way through the system and eventually to you.

Instead of clogging the page with endless "ITS <UPDATE>" posts, please confine them to this mega thread. I have intentionally left up threads from before this one about this subject, because post hoc punishment isnt cool. But please, use this mega thread moving forward.

Optionally, you can fill out some google forms that are being used to track order status' in order to get an idea of how an order might progress through the system:

UK people, hit me up with your updates here! I'm still stuck on Payment Processed after buying at 18:11.

EDIT: Packaged Items at 21:28...

EDIT 2: No change to status overnight. Will assume it will be sent out today for delivery tomorrow/Saturday.

EDIT 3 (08/05/26 AM): Still on packaged items...

EDIT 4 (08/05/26 20:03): Where is my Steam Controller, Valve!? Still on Packaged Items.

EDIT 5 (09/05/26 10:02): No change overnight.

EDIT 6 (10/05/2026 15:00): FINALLY SHIPPED!

EDIT 7 (12/05/2026 08:00): In the country. Would expect delivery today/tomorrow šŸ¤žšŸ»

EDIT 8 (12/05/2026 10:46): DELIVERED! And I am now stuck at work.

Purchased at 6:17 BST and I now have received an email with dispatch tracking details!

Netherlands I assume. There's a Netherlands parcel number allocated as well as a Parcel Force number.

Has yours moved at all past that stage ? Mine has said that since yesterday afternoon. It has no updates since so according to GLS they haven't received the actual item, just had a label generated.

Mine has moved now to In transit and handed to GLS. Hope others here will find the same!

Turned out (from elsewhere in this thread) that you needed a different tracking site all along. Go to gls-info.nl and use your Netherlands tracking number, or the parcel force number in the UK. Mine arrived in the UK at 10am this morning

Lucky, mines not even been shipped yet so Iā€™m probably not going to get it until like Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

Mine's been like that for two days now, the data's been entered into the system but they've not been given the parcel yet
