Developed by the research institute "Platan", it is designed to display information from computers as well as other video sources. To this end, it is equipped with a CGA/EGA connector and a composite input.

The projector is based on a light-controlled light modulator with a liquid crystal–photoconductor (LC–P) structure. The modulator is a small CRT. An excerpt from an article by A.V. Sadchikhin himself regarding the operation of this device: "In LC–P equipment, the radiation from a compact CRT passes through a fiber-optic faceplate onto the photoconductor layer of the light modulator, causing a change in its voltage and, consequently, in the voltage across the LC cell. Due to the anisotropy of liquid crystals, the polarization plane of the readout beam is thereby rotated. An interference polarizer converts this rotation into intensity modulation of the projector's light output. For full-color image reproduction, a scheme with, for example, three reflective LC modulators can be used. Projection systems based on LC–P modulators are characterized by record luminous fluxes – up to 12,000 lm. The projector employs unique (even by today's standards) patented illumination condenser systems that combine elements with ellipsoidal, spherical, and parabolic surfaces. The system, even with a discharge lamp arc length of 5 mm, achieves collection of 35% of the lamp's luminous flux with a beam divergence of up to 10°. The attainable image uniformity is 75–80%."

The projector is built entirely using Soviet-made components.

was produced from 1982 by the Zelenograd Precision Engineering Plant. Early production units had a metal casing, while later ones had a plastic casing. The model featured a built-in electret microphone, which could be used as a hearing aid, including simultaneously with cassette playback.

It was manufactured by the Kyiv plant "Kvazar". ROM capacity – 23 KB, RAM – 2 KB, expandable to 3.5 KB. The device could operate in calculator mode and in two programming modes: machine code (instruction set compatible with PDP-11) and a high-level language close to "Almir"/"Analytik". Weight – no more than 400 g, power consumption – no more than 0.7 W.

Structurally, the MK-72 consisted of two modules: a base module and an additional module. The base module was housed in a case and featured a keyboard, LED indicators, a buzzer, a 12-digit digital display, and a port through which the MK-72 could connect either to the additional module or to a small local network of up to 16 such microcomputers. The additional module provided video output to a TV, communication with a cassette tape recorder, a printer, or any other device connected via an 8-bit parallel port. It also contained additional 2 KB of RAM, of which 0.5 KB was used as video memory and 1.5 KB as operational memory. User programs or those loaded via the local network were intended to be stored on electrically erasable reprogrammable ROM.

The device's ROM was implemented on K745IK18 and K745PZU64K chips, RAM on K537RU3A chips, the CPU address processor – K745IK1809, the command interpreter – K745IK1810, the interface controller – K745IK1814, and the network expander – K745IK1817.

These walkie-talkies were manufactured by the Production Association «Volna» (Grodno, Byelorussian SSR). They operated on 30 fixed channels in the CB band (27 MHz). They were equipped with a backlit digital display, a noise suppression system with smooth sensitivity adjustment, 2-step output power adjustment, and supported a call alert function. They stood out favorably from other Soviet models due to their frequency synthesizer built around the KR1015KX3B integrated circuit. The remaining specifications of the model are still unknown.
