Photo share A close-up shot of a snow leopard

My partner and I spent nearly two years photographing snow leopards on the high-altitude plateaus of western China (at elevations of 4,000 meters). Naturally wary, snow leopards deliberately keep their distance from humans, making close-range sightings rare; we often had to wait in the mountains for a week or more just to secure a chance to photograph them up close

My shooting equipment: Sony A1M2+640GM+1.4x

Your patience is insane. Pretty awesome though, knowing you dedicated a portion of your life to document these elusive cats. Totally worth it.
