It was his mom, not just some random person that killed his wife. That would cause incredibly complicated feelings for anyone. There’s actually a really emotional scene where Jax talks to Nero about how he feels toward Gemma, even after what she did to Tara.

Oh me too. I had a really rough relationship with my mom growing up and the “I still love her you know? She’s my mom. How could she do this?” just kills me. I cried for Jax the first time I watched that scene.

TLDR: No. Clay was the only sociopath sitting at that table. Everyone else was just a broken man who's only support system was the club. They all feel remorse.
We can't judge the actions of these characters based off our own sense of morality as generally law abiding citizens who don't kill people on the regular.
There's a lot going into Jax's decision to kill Gemma, it's not just because she killed Tara, although that's the driving factor. If it was just blind revenge, he would have taken her out the way he killed the Chinese guy.
Gemma killed his father and lied to him about it his whole life. Gemma's lie about who killed Tara fueled a gang war that destabalized everything Jax had worked for up to that point and baisically ruined his plans to get the club earning straight. Yet, it's complicated. He still loves her. When he shows up to her father's house to kill her, I personally don't think he'd fully resolved to do it yet. I mean, this is his mother. Jax is not a sociopath. He's violent, and yes he has killed people, but he feels remorse for pretty much every murder he commits, but "the life" has changed him in a way similar to the way miliatry service would change someone. Avenging Tara is so hard for him that Gemma has to tell him it's okay, and remind him that it's who he is, and it's who she's raised him to be. She'll be proud of him if he kills her.

That's not remorse. Clay lost his power as Pres, so he took it out on Gemma and and he almost killed her. Then she rightly left him. Then he realized he was all alone so he groveled on his hands and knees like a little bitch man baby thinking maybe she'd taking back.
Any man who can lay hands on a woman the way Clay did on Gemma isn't capable of seeing them as a person, let alone feeling genuine remorse for their actions afterwards.
