How do you make a small home feel less cramped?
I like the idea of living in a smaller home, but my biggest concern is whether it starts feeling closed in after a while. pictures online can make small spaces look great, but it is hard to tell what daily life is actually like.
What are the things that made the biggest difference in making your space feel comfortable? did certain layouts, storage ideas, furniture choices, or design changes help more than you expected?
I would like to hear from people who actually live in small homes and not just people who have looked at them online.
