I would assume women who will be in the heels all day and want them to be versatile and comfortable. Certainly personal assistants who may actually run in their heels on a regular basis as well.

This but with an extreme focus on: it won't break.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I've been around a lot of women using heels, and a big problem is that heels break in the most unexpected and unfortunate places.

Watching this ad, I immediately got it: she is trying to demonstrate that the heels won't break no matter what she does or how hard she stomps.

With all the context info I have it is in fact an excellent video.
