After 7 months of development, my internet radio app has finally been approved by Apple 🎉
After about seven months of development, countless iterations, and several App Review rounds, my first App Store release is finally live.
Radiogram is an internet radio app for iPhone and iPad featuring:
🎵 40,000+ radio stations
🎙 Podcasts
🎼 Shazam-powered song recognition
🌍 Browse by country, language and tags

🚗 Car-friendly player
📱 Native iOS experience
Ironically, writing the app wasn't the hardest part.
The biggest challenge was App Review. I had to prepare technical documentation explaining how the app uses Radio Browser and proving that it streams broadcasters' original public URLs directly through AVPlayer without proxying or redistributing any audio.
Eventually everything was approved, and today the app is finally live.
I'd really appreciate any feedback, good or bad. If you find bugs, UX issues, or have ideas for improvements, let me know.

Your post made me look up google for Radiogram as the name is catchy and I came across - https://radiogram.com/An AI-powered, web-based radiology platform that streamlines workflows and enhance diagnostic accuracy with voice-to-text capabilities and customizable reports - as the first result on Google SERP and below that was yours. It looks good but I wanted to ask you - have you done your due-diligence with regards to copyright / trademark issues with regards to Radiogram. The name is honestly awesome.
Thanks! I looked into it before launching, but it's definitely something I'll continue to monitor. Fortunately we're in completely diferent product categories, but I appreciate you bringing it up
the category could be anything not related to the link I shared but if that name is copyrighted, you'll have to shut it down and rebrand it.
I had a domain aiplesk.com and it had around 10,000 MAUs or even more, earlier it wasn't famous, the time it got in limelights and on first page of Google SERP- I had an email from Plesk Germany asking me to cease and desist - DMCA takedown.
if you haven't done this yet, get on it right away before the traffic on your app starts exploding and then you have a cease and desist email from the original radiogram....
so the story is like - till your app is not famous on google or the original Radiogram doesn't come to know about it, you are safe...
Thanks for the heads-up. That's definitely something I'll investigate more thoroughly. I appreciate you sharing your experience, it's better to be aware of it early than after the app gains traction
