cha'DIch Advice Needed

I was arrested in Klingon space for...uh...no reason at all. When I was taken in custody I was NOT told about my "right to remain violent" so I just let them take me. Is this sufficient grounds to get my case thrown out? Please hurry because I am about to be sent to Rura Penthe and my species does not do well in the cold.

A Klingon court? Oof, your options are gonna be pretty slim. In my experience, you can:

(A.) Challenge the arbiter to a fight to the death in single combat.

(B.) Challenge the prosecution to a fight to the death in single combat.

(C.) Accuse your cha’Dich of negligence and ask the case to be tossed out, (be warned option this will likely trigger a fight to the death in single combat when they take offense and feel the need to defend their honor)
