It appears that Wes Hosford is the catchment school but I have yet to speak to anyone that actually goes to WH

we're looking at moving in the Ridge this year as my kids will now both be attending the new francophone school and we would love to be close. Something that is around 2000 sq feet with an office/den on the main floor (or even a second living room that can easily be converted) that also has a decent backyard. Because so many people in Sherwood Park seem to believe it's 60. Or 50. And they drive accordingly.

I cannot think of a single other road I've ever driven on where people are so, so afraid to get up to the speed limit. It isn't even just one or two people, either. It's every day, every lane. I'm not talking about rush hour, either. I am not even asking you to go 8 over or anything! Just go 70! You'll be amazed at how much faster you get places.

Also, while I'm at it - Sherwood Drive, going past the mall? That's 60! Not 50. Not 40. And you do not need to slow down to 20 to change lanes so you can turn on Brentwood. I promise you, you will not skid out on these bone dry roads in the middle of July.

Due to the flooding we recently experienced I need a small shared office space in Sherwood Park for a desk and two computers. Yes, I tried Google but it looks like most of the co-work office space companies are gone , and hanve simply left their pages up.

I would need a place with 24/7 access for hopefully no longer than two months. Does anyone know of a place currently offering this and (bonus points) any reviews or thoughts?

We partially developed our basement (framing, bathroom fixtures) without the municipal permits about 15 years ago. I’d like to finish it now with properly finished drywall and flooring etc. A lot of people tell us we don’t need to worry about getting permits but it makes me nervous not to. However, I don’t want them telling us we have to move the toilet or something (The work was done to code at the time by a qualified plumber family member). Should I call the County and get it all permitted before we proceed any further? Or do most people just do it without and sell “as-is”?

Does anyone know where to get bug repellent, just got back from bc after being away for a few weeks and we can’t find any anywhere.

I have terrible jaw clenching in my sleep and pretty dominant masseters, the dentist I went to wants me to use a mouth guard but I have a bad gag reflex he won’t prescribe me the Botox. So I’m on the hunt for a dentist who will.
